We offer six shelters and nine primitive tent sites. We are incredibly close to the various trails located across the Cuyahoga Valley. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK! 1.WE DO NOT ALLOW FIREWOOD to be brought onto Heritage Farms property due to the potential risk to our crops and according to State and Federal Regulations. Firewood bundles may be purchased when making your reservations or upon arrival at the farm. 2. No vehicles may be driven into the camping area at any time. 3. All vehicles must remain in the designated parking lots 4. Campers are responsible for carrying their gear to their campsites—we provide wheeled carts for your use. 5. Ohio Primitive Camping licensing does not allow wheeled camping on Heritage Farms property. 6. Due to Summit County Health regulations, we cannot provide water. Please bring your own drinking and washing water. Or you may purchase 1-gallon jugs of water when you reserve your site or upon arrival. Our restrooms are porta Johns. 7. Tent sites (labeled A-J) have space for up to 3 tents. Shelter sites (numbered 1-6) have room for up to 2 additional tents. All sites are limited to a maximum of 6 campers 8. Heritage Farms is a working Farm. Please be aware that tractors and other machinery are in use during daylight hours 9. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you’re arriving after 7:00 p.m., please let us know. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Please use the dumpster for all trash. Gray water stations are available for the disposal of used water. 10. Only campers registered to HipCamp are permitted to overnight on Heritage Farms property. We do not allow parties and underage or excessive use of alcohol at any time. 11. DOG POLICY: We welcome dogs who have received prior permission from the farm owners. A dog registration form including proof of rabies vaccination must be filled out upon arrival. Unvaccinated dogs are not permitted on the property. Weekend Trip to Thornhill Bluff

Hot tent camped the weekend at Gary and Audrey's, Thornhill Bluff campsite with our 2 dogs! Short little walk to a secluded campsite at the top of the bluff. Along the trail are strung lights to help guide you back and light the site up! The site is large and accommodating for the space that I needed. (12ft diameter tipi hot tent, could definitely accommodate larger!) Fire ring at site and enough wood for anyone who stays. Two wood benches for seating at site. Bathroom is up at the house, but available at all times! Clean and a wonderful amenity to have! Absolutely beautiful views in any direction on the Bluff. We hiked along the bluff to check out the steep ravine that leads down to the Sand Run Metro Park. Took a couple rides down the Zipline in the back yard, where there are also trampolines, a private pond and some other fun amenities we haven't checked out yet! Our hosts were amazing, the camping was phenomenal, thank you Gary and Audrey!

We had a great time at Shady Maple cabin! It was a beautiful place to unwind, de-stress, and be in an amazing setting! The cabin had everything you would need for a relaxing time. We love a good log cabin and this did not disappoint! It was clean, had snacks, jacuzzi tub inside, a hot tub outside, board games, was private enough and everything worked as it should. Shout out to the hosts for sharing this beautiful property with us! Will definitely go back!

I stayed at Heritage Farms with my dog for my visit to Cuyahoga. It was a really lovely spot, everything is just as it is described in the listing and photos. It’s a little bit of work to cart your stuff to your site but it was worth it in my opinion. Even though the site was pretty out in the open i still felt like i had decent privacy (the a-frame helps with that!). Hosts were friendly and helpful. Overall enjoyed my stay!

3 nights at Thornhill Bluff

Stayed for the weekend and celebrated a fall crafting camp themed around the change in fall season and the creatures that lurk. Our reservation was made for a group only a few days before our 4 night stay. Gary was very fast with communication and we were happy with the reservation. Gary accommodated us when we arrived a day earlier by mistake (inquired about Wednesday-Sunday night but accidentally booked Thursday-Sunday only). The bathroom is convenient and hot water was a game changer for camping. The property is beautiful, the zipline is an added bonus, and Gary was awesome!

Weekend Trip to Camping at Heritage Farms

This is my second time staying at Heritage Farms and, specifically, site 5. I enjoy the location very much. Shelter 5 is near the parking lot, so gear only needs carried 30 feet or so. There's a nice view over the farm. This stay was particularly fun because through the day they had October activities going on (corn maze, pumpkin patch, a children's scavenger hunt, etc) and from the shelter, I could hear children and families participating in the activities. I also hiked to the other corner of the property to campsite H (I believe that's the correct site name) from which you can access a 2.75-mile trail in CVNP. I hiked the trail and enjoyed the orange leaves, the trail itself, and in particular a sitting bench by a pond. I had a good time, and I recommend considering camping here!
