Weekend Trip to Glamping Wild

We had such a wonderful time — geodomes were gorgeous, the hillside was so very peaceful, and from river side walks, to on-site hikes, there was always an opportunity to put down the phone and just spend some time outside. Staying here felt like a sigh of relief and we can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to 3 Springs Camping

Brandon is a super host. The site is just above a small babbling brook. Every once in a while there are some farm animal noises, but nothing that bothered my dogs, so it wasn't much. Lenior is close and a few breweries within 20 minutes or so. There is also a nice hiking/MTB trail a few minutes away. Great place to stay and explore the area.

2 nights at TangleWood Creekside Campsites

This is a great spot and very well maintained! Blair was so helpful and thoughtful. Close to lots of hiking in Linville and closer to Asheville. It is a very private spot. Even if people are at the other campsites you won’t feel like they’re on top of you. Lots of trees and privacy. Very dog friendly. So happy we found this thru Hipcamp. I will be returning to do more hiking in linville and still able to be close to life.

Weekend Trip to 3 Springs Camping

This was a last minute tent camping trip. We didn't have to drive far to enjoy the country and close if we forgot something..and which we did. The babbling of the creeks were nice. Land was level. Loved the animals ❤. It was a great short trip! Brandon was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Love tanglewood creekside campsites! I have stayed there a couple times and absolutely love it. It's a great place to relax and unwind, and absolutely beautiful! The owners are so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

The scenic drives to Asheville, Blowing Rock or Banner Elk make them each wonderful day-trip destinations.

Camping sites are large and located throughout the property and can accommodate larger groups but the pricing includes 1 tent/rv and 4 people, additional tents/people will also be charged the nightly camping fee. Open Ride Pass (release waiver) available for $20 adults and $10 kids and are good for the length of the camping stay (or Fri-Sun of that week whichever is longer). Campsites 1-11 are reserved spots and campsites 12-20 are distributed camping ,where you can pick an area yourself. We are flexible with adjusting sites as needed and available at arrival.

Green Toe Ground

Our farm is named for its site on the South Toe river and this pristine and mighty river indeed showed us their power during Hurricane Helene. At this time, we will be closed for an indeterminate amount of time. The farm was completely flooded by Hurricane Helene September 27th, 2024. All the greenhouses, barns, and fields were impacted and destroyed. We hope to rebuild and open again some day, but the river is completely different and the riparian camping area is now a 30 foot wall of trees at this time. We have had such fond memories of all the people who have camped with us and grown to love our place as well. We thank you for all your love and energy.
