Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. Hand crafting doors and furniture the way the family did it 140 plus years ago. The history of this place is deep, even the nails for the cabin and farm house that is now the clubhouse were hand crafted by my great grandfather in his blacksmith shop, along with the wagon wheels, horse shoes, misc farm utensils etc... there was no running out to Lowes to pick up what was needed, it was made in the blacksmith shop. We love riding ATV's and SXS's on the trails on the mountains that I grew up on with my 3 brothers, we hope the people who visit and experience the mountains feel about them the way we do, we love em. We like to give riding tours and talking about the mountain and its challenges. We named the park from the famous product that was created here during prohibition, Cherry Bounce Moonshine. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today. About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.

During the summer and fall months, we do "movies under the stars" with our huge 275" inflatable movie screen! We also offer a dedicated fiber wifi service that allows guests to surf/zoom/stream all over the property. We have 6 full service tiny home cabins (with full kitchens and bathroom inside) as well the budget minded camping cabins (with electricity but guests use the campground bath house as there is no plumbing inside). All our cabins have their own fire pit and picnic table. The campground also has a laundry room, Gathering Room (with a TV as well as a library of books, dvds, and board games) and a Pavilion area with tables for our guests to enjoy.

Both are locked off from the main barn structure to allow use when no events are scheduled, and have separate private keyed access, and include streaming TV, a 2-top burner, mini-fridge, and fold-down small full sofa bed for 2 (larger people may need to bring a blow-up mattress/pad for more room to spread out!). There is a men's and women's bathroom with 2 stalls joining the barn and accessed from the outside, along with 2 outdoor showers for longer stays. Propane, on-demand hot water is provided. The other structure that can be rented is the pond pavilion (an additional guest fee is charged over 4 people to accommodate) that features 2 full-size outdoor mattresses, a camping stove, chairs, and large firepit and firecircle. Learn more about this land: Come and park your RV and enjoy tons of activities in and around Mountain City and the surrounding area. On the property you can walk through the woods, sit by the stream and listen to the water rushing downstream or trickling if we haven’t had rain. We accommodate one RV at a time and provide water and hookups in a circle drive through on private property. The owner's house and two outbuildings are on the property. A future cabin and pottery shop are in the works. If you like the privacy and quiet away from other camper then you will enjoy your stay with us. Pets are welcome! WI-FI is available. Welcome to the Bouquet at Everbear Village!  We are located 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville, directly on the Swannanoa River. You can relax by the fire, fish, swim, tube or kayak. Our farm connects to the river in two spots making it a fun and lovely lazy river!  There are nearby river put ins if you are up for a longer float. Just ask! You can reserve loaner tubes with us ahead of time. If you wade across the river, you will be at Owen Park and the Warren Wilson College Trails with endless walking, hiking, and biking. We are so happy to host! Guests love it here: "Our stay at everbear village was just what we needed. Even though it was just a few days we had a lot of family fun. The covered pavilion was great for when it started to rain we could all still be together and play games. The river was cold but it didn’t stop us from tubing down the river. Portapotty was clean and had sanitizer along with other nice touches. (As my 5 year old said it made her feel better about using portapotty’s haha). Owners were very responsive about any questions that we had. Thank you for the much needed family time."

A STORY BOOK SETTING SURROUNDED BY NATURE. BABBLING BROOK CABIN A PLACE TO UNPLUG AND RECONNECT! Our 2,441 sqft cabin is nestled in a Mountain hollow 3900 feet above sea level, with rugged Appalachian mountains as the backdrop. Wildlife abundant, Watch the birds, chipmunks, and deer play. The property itself has 43 acres to explore with multiple trails. It backs up to 4500 acres of the famous Grayson Highlands State Park, which includes wild ponies! The area is almost surreal starting in the Spring with flowers planted meticulously around the cabin, as well as many wild flowers scattered up and down our rolling hills. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, while on the back deck, listening to the natural waterfall of the pond. Don't forget the binoculars, to watch the deer eating fallen apples off our trees, the chipmunks playing, and the ground hogs(whistle pigs) patrolling the property. We have many species of birds for the bird watching enthusiasts. The property also boasts a stream with 3 spring fed waterfalls and enlarged pools to take a refreshing SWIM in the summer or a polar plunge in the winter. We have a fire pit by the stream for marshmallow roasting, story telling, and lots of stargazing. Our place is everything you pictured in your minds eye, when dreaming about getting away from the hustle and grind of everyday life. Babbling Brook Cabin will make you more relaxed and a greater appreciation for all of nature's beauty. The space: Our mountain cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 king size bedroom downstairs with private full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. 1 king size bedroom 1 Full size bedroom 1 twin trundle bed with additional twin which pulls out Extra queen size floor mattress/futon available Other things to note: The property itself has multiple streams on it, one of which actually supplies the water for the home so you are drinking chilled spring water that is sterilized with a UV filter. All water activities are at own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty (life jackets are available). Wi-Fi is available and use of a land line. Cell phones can be used via Wi-Fi calling but due to the rural area cell reception outside the house is not available. ***AS OF 5/29/2023 NEW FASTER RELIABLE INTERNET AND WIFI WITH STARLINK! Free EV charger for guests is available. Charger is 240V at 40 AMP.

We had a great time although we picked a "weather challenged" weekend to visit. Diane kindly offered us the small cabin instead of the dome since it was roomier and there was a high possibility of severe thunderstorms overnight. The creek was absolutely beautiful and full of skipping stones. Their dog, Bug (I think that was his name) was sweet and welcoming! My daughter's and I look forward to coming back on a less rainy and warmer weekend to explore the creek a little better!

What an amazing site and hospitality at its finest! It was great to let the dogs swim in the river. It was a little too cold for me when I visited in February but I will definitely be back in the warmer months. I had a camper but had a tour of the camp and all the sites were very cute. A beautiful back road mountain drive to Boone with plenty of hiking and a mtn bike park in the area.
