Our 400 acre family cow and pine tree farm most of which was purchased 60 years ago by my father and mother. My two siblings and me were raised here and later bought joining land that now makes up the 400 acres. We all still live on the farm with our families 1.4 mile down a dirt and gravel road. We all enjoy the peace and quiet that you will find here. Sounds of our cows, wildlife and the occasional rumble of a distant train is all you will hear on our farm. Our Hidden Creek is a short fun hike to cool your tired feet. Wide hiking paths all the way around our property if you would like a long hike.

Enjoy your privacy on our 400 acres of farm and forest trails. 10 minutes from groceries and gas, 15 minutes from a small town. We are surrounded by farmland and forest. There are a few different attractions 5 - 10 minutes away (lake Robinson) it has a boat landing and plenty of fish, (Carolina Sandhills national wildlife refuge)it has plenty of hiking trails and roads perfect for bicycling, small mountain called (Sugarloaf Mountain)perfect for hiking. Local peach/strawberry farm (McLeod farm) with produce/gift shop/free museum/restaurant called (Big's), they have pick your own strawberries in the spring and early summer. In nearby Hartsville and Cheraw there are several golf courses and places for Kayak rentals. Neptune Island waterpark in Hartsville. We have a hidden Creek that is fun to hike to by way of a trail. Small pond for fishing, plenty of room for hiking and bike riding ( grassy, sandy, rolling hills). Beautiful hills to camp on and watch an unobstructed view of the Carolina sunset and sunrise that peak through wooded acreage. Choose a tent camp location or pull/drive your RV/camper right near our cow pasture and watch the cows graze. Fresh drinking water at campsites. Bathroom and heated shower. Pick wild blackberries in early summer and wild grapes in late summer early fall, and we may share some of our home made jellies with you. We welcome family groups year round. At night enjoy the sounds of wildlife while watching the highly visible twinkling stars and tracing the many constellations and if lucky see a shooting star or two.

Lovely campsite with everything needed to make life a little easier. The bathroom and shower houses were cute and clean. The surroundings felt like you were in the country, but you were only 20 minutes from town amenities. Fantastic hosts who made sure everything was perfect and very responsive to questions. So many little extras made for a great stay.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very quiet and private, yet close enough to town with great restaurants and the Darlington Raceway (we came for the NASCAR race) that it wasn’t inconvenient. The host was there to help ensure our Airstream got hooked up properly and was so kind. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great memories!

Our 2nd stay at Hidden Creek was just as beautiful as the first. The peaceful space, the pictures don’t do it justice. Melissa & Dennis are top notch hosts who care about their guests and even provide a small plot of Rosemary and Basil for those who love to cook! Excellent touch. Easy to find, great amenities for those who need. Just bring your camping gear and you’ll have fun!

I recently spent two unforgettable nights at this charming little campground, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home.
The hosts, Dennis and Melissa, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from a warm greeting on arrival to helpful tips about the area and even checking in just to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear they both care deeply about the campground and the people who stay there.
The site itself is beautifully maintained – quiet, clean, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect balance of rustic charm and thoughtful amenities. Whether you’re looking to unplug and unwind or explore the surrounding area, this little gem has you covered.

Great spot, I honestly felt like the pictures didn't do it justice. Very quiet and well situated. Location is good, near a nice farm stand with all kinds of year round goodies and treats. We got rained out but the host was very understanding and even offered to refund our rained out night. Would stay again.
