In our barn (now home to Gardiner Brewing Company) he had gravity fed water troughs for his cattle. Since then we have slowly switched from animals to tree fruit. You will enjoy rolling hills of fruit trees and fruit gardens along with beautiful views of the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. We have 450+ acres so it in very private. As we are a working farm, you can see us driving pass with our tractors or maintaining the orchard around your campsite on occasion. You are welcome to ride your bikes, hike or jog where you will pass ponds and a working farm landscape. Please don’t pick our fruit. If you would like to enjoy the fruits of our labor please visit our farm store open year round on the premises where we sell cheeses, our fresh picked fruit and veggies, local meats, and our famous cider donuts along with other farm products. We also have a farm brewery open 3-7 in our old dairy barn for you to enjoy. Live music Saturdays and Sundays. Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Reserve are only 10 minutes away. The rail trail is three minutes away. This trail gives you walking and biking access into New Paltz, where there is tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. Learn more about this land: A grassy meadow nestled between a forested ridge the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, an open access walking and bike path. The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October (say 'hi' to Jim). In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. This land was once all pasture for grazing animals. We moved to Delaware County in November 2018 to start our family and pursue dreams of working on the land. The initial idea was to find a place we could live, garden, and raise a few animals while hosting guests and sharing the land with visitors. When we found this place on Williams Road, we loved the mix of rural and proximity to a thriving country town. We now have two kids and enjoy living in Delhi so much we hardly leave the town limits! There are wonderful restaurants, a great year-round farmers market, grocery stores, and many other services and amenities you can find listed towards the end of this guide. Our Catskill Mountain home is situated on a historic early 19th century farm site. Parts of the house might be more than 190 years old! With several additions and upgrades we think the house has lots of charm and enjoy the many modern touches. The property is overgrown pastures and a few steeper slopes with medium growth trees. After the industrial period saw this region nearly deforested, the land was granted to settlers who cleared fields and planted grass. Our immediate vicinity was knows for it’s cattle (Bovina), mostly for diary, and sheep. The agriculture in Delaware County has been on a decline since the advent of rail shipping opened New York City markets to farms in less challenging geographies. Construction of the NYC fresh water system (DEP Watershed) may have contributed to this decline, but about 60-70 years ago the majority of pastures, especially less productive parcels were abandoned to the “weed trees”. These first succession trees grew quickly in the sunny meadows and covered the hills; trees such as Ash, Hawthorn, and Norway Spruce. Fences and barns were left to return to the earth. On our property the stone walls that boarder the fields are the most stark reminder of the intensive agriculture practiced here.

Primitive Camp on the Esopus Creek in the Big Indian-Oliverea Valley surrounded by seven 3500' Catskill High Peaks including Slide Mountain, the tallest in the Catskills. Our PRIVATE camp (no other campers) is situated on 100 acres of land in the middle of the Catskill State Park. We are the closest HipCamp site to Slide Mountain, the Catskills tallest peak at 4180 feet. A perfect base camp for some of the best hiking in the Catskills, the site is bordered by Forever Wild Forest and is minutes from the trailheads to Balsam, Giant Ledge, Panther, Big Indian, Slide Mountain and dozens more peaks within 30 minutes or so away. Though the base fee covers up to 4 campers, the site accommodates up to 14 campers. The additional fee is $20.00/per camper per night on top of the base fee. Our drive up camp has a 10X12 covered tent platform, several individual tent sites with private fire rings, as well as a bunkhouse and a leanto for day use. The camp table and cook pit are covered from the elements. For toilet use, we have a CleanWaste loo which is a 5 gal bucket in a toilet seat box. You lift the lid, place a CleanWaste bag in the bucket which has a kitty litter like powder called Poo Powder in it. You do your business, the powder absorbs all the odor and gels all the matter. When done, you lift the seat, take out the bag, tie it up and throw it in the trash. There are camp rules about how to handle trash, recycling, and compost so as to minimize the possibility of black bear visits. Follow those rules so as to avoid a penalty fees of $50.00 if trash, recycling, and compost are not followed. A detailed message about trash, recycling, and compost practice will be sent to campers days before the booked trip. Seasoned bundled 16" firewood is available by honor box cash payment on Brown rd across the camp entry road.

Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October (say 'hi' to Jim). In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. This land was once all pasture for grazing animals. We moved to Delaware County in November 2018 to start our family and pursue dreams of working on the land. The initial idea was to find a place we could live, garden, and raise a few animals while hosting guests and sharing the land with visitors. When we found this place on Williams Road, we loved the mix of rural and proximity to a thriving country town. We now have two kids and enjoy living in Delhi so much we hardly leave the town limits! There are wonderful restaurants, a great year-round farmers market, grocery stores, and many other services and amenities you can find listed towards the end of this guide. Our Catskill Mountain home is situated on a historic early 19th century farm site. Parts of the house might be more than 190 years old! With several additions and upgrades we think the house has lots of charm and enjoy the many modern touches. The property is overgrown pastures and a few steeper slopes with medium growth trees. After the industrial period saw this region nearly deforested, the land was granted to settlers who cleared fields and planted grass. Our immediate vicinity was knows for it’s cattle (Bovina), mostly for diary, and sheep. The agriculture in Delaware County has been on a decline since the advent of rail shipping opened New York City markets to farms in less challenging geographies. Construction of the NYC fresh water system (DEP Watershed) may have contributed to this decline, but about 60-70 years ago the majority of pastures, especially less productive parcels were abandoned to the “weed trees”. These first succession trees grew quickly in the sunny meadows and covered the hills; trees such as Ash, Hawthorn, and Norway Spruce. Fences and barns were left to return to the earth. On our property the stone walls that boarder the fields are the most stark reminder of the intensive agriculture practiced here.

Primitive Camp on the Esopus Creek in the Big Indian-Oliverea Valley surrounded by seven 3500' Catskill High Peaks including Slide Mountain, the tallest in the Catskills. Our PRIVATE camp (no other campers) is situated on 100 acres of land in the middle of the Catskill State Park. We are the closest HipCamp site to Slide Mountain, the Catskills tallest peak at 4180 feet. A perfect base camp for some of the best hiking in the Catskills, the site is bordered by Forever Wild Forest and is minutes from the trailheads to Balsam, Giant Ledge, Panther, Big Indian, Slide Mountain and dozens more peaks within 30 minutes or so away. Though the base fee covers up to 4 campers, the site accommodates up to 14 campers. The additional fee is $20.00/per camper per night on top of the base fee. Our drive up camp has a 10X12 covered tent platform, several individual tent sites with private fire rings, as well as a bunkhouse and a leanto for day use. The camp table and cook pit are covered from the elements. For toilet use, we have a CleanWaste loo which is a 5 gal bucket in a toilet seat box. You lift the lid, place a CleanWaste bag in the bucket which has a kitty litter like powder called Poo Powder in it. You do your business, the powder absorbs all the odor and gels all the matter. When done, you lift the seat, take out the bag, tie it up and throw it in the trash. There are camp rules about how to handle trash, recycling, and compost so as to minimize the possibility of black bear visits. Follow those rules so as to avoid a penalty fees of $50.00 if trash, recycling, and compost are not followed. A detailed message about trash, recycling, and compost practice will be sent to campers days before the booked trip. Seasoned bundled 16" firewood is available by honor box cash payment on Brown rd across the camp entry road.

Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. I took this trip with my adult son and I was as tranquil and a bounty of wildlife. The sunsets are great and you’re perch on a hill overlooking a lake so quite scenic. If you want to totally disconnect be at peace and rough it a little this is the place for you. There is a a generator for light, heat and a refrigerator. We took our own portable compost and a small rinse king system to wash up.. Cooking outside was a thrill for my son as well, we gather wood from the surroundings. Konsztantine was very responsive and quite hospitable. Quick responses to whatever we asked. Best in class host. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

everything you’ll ever need for a cozy stay outdoors. we chose this spot because of the tiny shelter it afforded during what was going to be below freezing temps. The kitchen space and bed set up was much appreciated and allowed us to focus enjoying the stay itself. The owners were super helpful getting us setup and providing a welcoming space. Bring layers and everything you need to keep warm in the winters - we even caught a light snow storm on our morning of departure! would come back again.

I loved everything about this place. It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. When I messaged Sam, he responded right away and provided everything we needed. My partner and I accidentally caused an issue with the plumbing, and we felt truly sorry about it, but Sam was incredibly understanding and even comforted me during the situation. I’m very grateful for his kindness. We stayed at the tiney camper with spring tub and brook. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

We had a group not understand this so I want to make sure it is clear. Firewood is for sale here for CASH! Please bring CASH with you. Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees. The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms. Camp ONE: is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees. Camp TWO: is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV (ie- jeep wrangler), so I consider it a hike in site. It is under a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind) Camp THREE: is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area. Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond.
