We loved this camp site! Dogs had a blast in the dog park and the staff is super nice and welcoming we will definitely be back. Bathrooms were super clean and a hot shower was the best.

2 nights at Durango RV Resort
I stayed in the basic cabin (ie, the fancy shed). It was perfect, one queen bed, two twin bunks, ac, heat, ceiling fan and a light. The sites are a little close together but I was not spending the summer so not a big deal, I was there to sleep after spending the day at mesa verde. The grounds and restroom/shower was very neat and clean. I would definitely stay again. There is definitely road noise but as you can see from the posting, they are next to a major road. It was not a big deal in the cabin as I had windows closed as the temps were pretty cool.

The cabin accommodations were great. The great are nice. It was a bit further from town than I expected. There were a lot of rules that were not addressed in the original advertisement. There is a charge for pets that is not spelled out but they let it slide. I would recommend

This was a great campground and what made it great was the fact that the sites were spaced nicely. Check-in was easy. People were friendly the restrooms and the showers were clean and maintained. Garbage area was tidy. The place was super quiet at night. Loved the ability to have hook ups, on site laundry (the laundry room was clean and well maintained). The pricing was reasonable for loads of laundry and drying. We had a 20 foot camper van, but there were some very big rigs in there that had no trouble getting around. It was a super short drive just west of Durango, which we really liked! We really enjoyed the stay here and will definitely be back again when we come back to Durango.

We were traveling in a truck camper and booked a tent site, thinking we could just park the truck in the parking space that comes with the tent site. They said we needed an RV site and graciously switched us right away. The campground setup is really nice with lots of trees. It has some nice amenities including a heated swimming pool! The staff is so friendly and we lucked out because they were offering a free full breakfast while we were there. All in all, it is a very nice campground and we would definitely go back.

Camping at Durango HTR was a great experience in Mid September camping.
My site was just right as far as privacy and sun- shade mix. Also the shower was really nice as well as on-site laundry, and rhe on-site store had ice and other things. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the
management was super friendly and helpful! I'll add that my dogs loved it there!

We had such a great stay at HRT Durango! The amenities were perfect for our family — the kids loved the playground, and the pool was a great way to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. Having a dog park on site was a huge bonus too, making it easy for our pup to get some exercise and enjoy the trip with us.
The campground was well-kept, with clean facilities and plenty of space at the sites to set up comfortably. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly stop, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through Durango.

We loved our stay at HTR Durango! The location is one of the best if you’re looking to explore Durango, and it’s especially perfect for a “Four Corners Motorcycle Rally” trip. Our campsite was excellent, and the hosts were super welcoming from the start. The campground has everything you need for a comfortable stay — pool, showers, a little library, a small store, and more.

This campground has it all and the rustic cabin is the way to go! Owning our own campground, we like to see how others do it and this was first class. Beautiful location, convenient to mesa verde and Durango, clean bathrooms, nice mattresses, great staff, and all the conveniences of not pitching your own tent. We highly recommend!

This was just the cutest little campground. We had a very quiet tent site at the end of the road. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were lovely, and the people were helpful and pleasant. I had a couple of issues while I was there, and they took care of them right away. It was close to the historic part of Durango, where we wanted to ride the trains. There was a nice pool, and family games set up throughout the campground. Loved it!

Cabin was completely set up with all things we needed: tissues, paper towels, soaps, towels, linens. Spotlessly clean. Campground was small but so cute! Checkerboards everywhere to play. Hammock. Ladder golf. Gorgeous pool. And great staff. Loved it!

We had an amazing experience at HTR Durango! The campground is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and just minutes from Durango — making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved relaxing by the pool and were very impressed by the clean and well-maintained bath houses. This place really stands out, and we will definitely be returning!

Great spot just outside of Durango. Comms from the host were excellent. Easy to find. Power hook up was a real plus, and clear sky views for Starlink. There is a house on the other side of the fence but felt private and quiet. Saw wildlife running in the bush. The road coming in is quite convex so if you have low clearance be careful.
