Our property is located just off the beaten path with 4.5 acres of land. It’s close to shopping and turnpike/hwy access but still has the out-in-the-country feel. We have a half acre pond filled with bluegill and large mouth bass, a hillside with apple trees and blackberry bushes, and a large gravel turnaround for easy access. We are close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park as well as multiple metro park areas for hiking and biking. We are adjacent to the Kennerdell Tract Of Clear Creek State Forest which has miles of hiking and biking trails as well as the Allegheny River which provides fishing, boating, kayak/ canoeing opportunities. There is also The Allegheny River Trail which provides miles of paved bike trails.
What we offer: We are not a campground and do not offer multi-night stays
We are vandwellers when we are traveling. As such we understand the problems associated with finding a spot to overnight.
We offer just that, a safe, quiet stop over for the night. That being said, if you need an extra day feel free to ask, we often say yes.

We are situated on almost 3 acres of green space just minutes from downtown Cleveland. Located next to the zoo. We have amazing amenities that are winery as well as a really nice large duck pond. Pot pigs, miniature goats, chickens, and resident ducks. We are pet and family friendly.
**You must bring a 50 foot power cord for hook-ups**
**Do not take out your awning during wind, and don't leave your awning out if you leave the property**
**Electric connection is approved on a case by case basis, based on availability**
**You MUST reserve Water under "Extras" it is $20 - this needs to be done with your reservation or water will not be provided.** We will fill up your tank, there is no hook-up.
**You MUST check-in prior by 5pm**
We have an additional amenities such as bocce ball, cornhole, and horseshoes. We have been in business for 13 years in the Cleveland area and welcome visitors to partake on our property camping overnight alongside or bonfires and animal sanctuary.

Growing up and building on the back of our Family Farm is the best goal I ever set for myself! My Off-Grid 20 acres has raised my 2 kids and all the animals we could rescue! Horse stalls/guided trails available for the campers bringing their own horses.
If advanced notice, an hour Lesson or Ride can be scheduled.
Our animals are friendly and love attention. Dogs welcome but need a leash. Our Family run Farm is willing to accommodate your needs. Book a stay with us as you pass on thru. (Totally Off Grid livin my dream. Remember to burn burnables and take non burnables with you. Generators welcome) Thanx!

We are a community in Northwestern Pennsylvania located outside the town of Springboro. Many people come through the area to visit Lake Erie. Others come in to hunt in the nearby state game lands. Fishermen especially seek places to stay, but they can be hard to find. We look forward to welcoming them to our community.
One of our residents has a greenhouse with beautiful plants and another sells honey. In town, our neighbor has a hunting store that includes an indoor simulated archery experience. Up the road is Chupp's Country Cupboard, an Amish store that offers fresh and unique items.

I have space behind my garage that 1-4 four campers could easily boondock, Can also have access to ONE FULL HOOK UP along side my new garage. I now have water to the garage along with 30 amp, 50 amp & sewage for full hook ups... Also have a 30 amp hook up on the other side of my garage.
Tent campers can camp anywhere on the property they wish, pick a spot, build a fire, enjoy!!!

French Creek Farms is a 50+ acre farm nestled along the banks of French Creek in Venango County Pennsylvania. We have creekside sites as well as some field side sites with water access. You can kayak and canoe on French Creek or just bring some floats if you don't want to paddle.
There is a short walking trail on the grounds that leads through our Christmas tree farm. You can also fish from the banks or in a small pond on the property. There are some state and county parks within driving range such as Two-mile run County Park and Lake Wilhelm State Park.

We are Marty and Deborah. Welcome to our 40 hidden acres of paradise where we are surrounded by wildlife and raise much of our food including beef, pork, chickens and a productive garden. We have multiple campsites here from wooded to open field or by the pond so come and pick one that suits you best.
We are adjacent to the Kennerdell Tract Of Clear Creek State Forest which has miles of hiking and biking trails as well as the Allegheny River which provides fishing, boating, kayak/ canoeing opportunities. There is also The Allegheny River Trail which provides miles of paved bike trails.
What we offer: We are not a campground and do not offer multi-night stays
We are vandwellers when we are traveling. As such we understand the problems associated with finding a spot to overnight.
We offer just that, a safe, quiet stop over for the night. That being said, if you need an extra day feel free to ask, we often say yes.
We enjoy our quiet country life and request limited use of generators, Thank You

We had a great time! We have trouble finding spots for winter camping and this space was great. We actually forgot our tent poles so the trip could have needed a lot of adapting- but with the access to the barn, we were able to set up inside. Facilities & amenities were clean & as described. Loved watching the animals in the morning and setting up my hammock back by the chickens. Allison was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot located right by CVNP. We enjoyed the campfire and laughed every time a goat would remind us we weren’t alone by sneezing. Even though the sun set early and the cool fall air filled the night we had fun. The barn was a nice surprise and good location for a small party. Woke up in the middle of the night to pee (very clean port-a-potty) and the stars were so clear and bright!

Bill and Nancy were very quick to respond, accommodating and helpful! He even even offered to loan me a sleeping bag when the weather was colder than I'd planned for! I ended up caught in traffic and was not able to stay there, but I have their place on my list for cross-country drives!

We enjoyed our stay though we were late to arrive an early to depart for a meeting in a N.E. Cleveland suburb. It was easy to find in the dark and the goats were fun after breakfast. If you have children it would be especially nice. In our case, our Great Pyrenees enjoyed meeting new friends.

Great place to relax, star gaze , enjoy a nice fire in fire pit. Very quiet and peaceful. You get greated by a black lab and chocolate lab , Tucker and Cooper very good Dogs luv to play Fetch , will bring you stick ...lol Both great dogs don't jump on you .. Just want to play fetch . Owners are Great people to.. Had good conversation with both . Highly recommend Old Smoky , lots of winerys, places to eat , and only short drive to lake Erie.

Safe, quiet and level. But with all the goats and chickens and turkeys…it was wonderful to spend time with the animals. Several are comfort goats and we were invited to go into the pen and enjoy their curiosity and interest and individual personalities. Who knew? First rate experience. Highly recommend.
