The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight. We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome. Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks. We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away. Weekend Trip to Horse Farm Camping

We had an amazing time at the horse farm. I took my son camping for the first time ever and this was more than the best situation in setup for a child. We were able to freely roam the farm and play with the horses at our will. We camped at campsite, one which was at the end of the property and gives you an entire view of the farm. Bren the host was amazing when we woke up to our surprise. They were hosting a mini petting zoo and Christmas pictures. By far, one of my best nights out with hipcamp.

We had a wonderful time on Bren's land. The area was gorgeous and having the opportunity to interact with the horses was amazing. Bren and the rest of the folks at the site were amazing the entire time. I couldn't recommend this enough.

Weekend Trip to That Dome Home RV Site

My teenage son and I stayed at Janissa’s amazing place for one night and it was lovely. As campers we had our gear but needed a couple things like electric and a safe serene place to stay. We had this and more and highly recommend you meet Janessa and Jesse…and the chickens! It was a quick stay and a bit to hot for us to make a campfire which had complimentary wood fire. That is a nice treat! Janissa showed my son and I her custom built skoolie which is awesome! Very cool vibe, a nearby swim lake with restrooms to freshen up and everything fun is close by. Hope to see you guys again and thank you for a great stay🙏🏻⛺️🌞

Quiet...you're deep in the back of the property with plenty of space and natural blockage that you don't even know you're in someone's yard. Host was friendly, and left us be. We travel that area frequently, and usually stay at a state park... Yeah, this was much better!!! It's is a no-hook up site... We had our generator going pretty much the whole time, no issues.

Great location and i will be back. So awesome with horses around (and the option to ride a horse time permitting). Location is secluded with animals all around; awesome! That said arrival was a bit of a mess. Bren was responsive on hipcamp up until the day of arrival. We arrived late and found someone else in our campsite. According to bren this is an issue on hipcamp’s part allowing multiple bookings and not properly transmitting messages. Regardless of fault, i suggest bren buy a calendar or use a notepad to mark off dates campsites are booked (whenever he manually accepts bookings) so that he does not accept multiple bookings for the same campsite on the same day. Thankfully the group was leaving the next day, so we just spent one night in the car. Bren was willing to work with us and set us up somewhere else but we didn't really like the options and just opted for the car as a one night fix. Rest of the stay was perfect!

The land was beautiful and it was a treat to be so close to the horses on the farm (literally left there with a new appreciation for equine therapy!) Nice hikes nearby too. The only bummer was that the road near by was pretty loud all night. If you’re a heavy sleeper or live in a city it probably won’t bother you.

Very cozy spot, open space and private. Lots of fresh natural wood to burn, and a really nice opening in the trees to look at the stars. Very accommodating host, especially as we had some delays and got there after sunset. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Beautiful sanctuary on the Jersey shore! I arrived late, but the dome home was easy to find, my camping spot for the night was really beautiful grass area, shaded off the street, and I was able to plug in and settle in for the evening. The property is wonderful, and I received recommendations for my stay that were dog friendly as I travel with my pup. I will definitely return When in the area. !!
