2 nights at L.Davis Ranch and Olde LYFE Alpacas
This is a cute and charming glamping experience. You will be lovingly embraced by the furry creatures on the ranch. The glamping tent included a heating unit which worked great, as well as a barbecue grill, amble, flashlights, water, solar powered outlets to charge our phones, and much more.
The breakfast was delicious, and the jams in the country store were great too.
We happened to be there on a day where there was an alpaca festival, and that was so much fun. We also witnessed an alpaca giving birth.
Stacy was super accommodating. We also got to meet some of the other farmers like Jim and Nancy, who is also a holistic energy healing practitioner and sound healer.
We also had a really great sleep in nature.

Weekend Trip to L.Davis Ranch and Olde LYFE Alpacas
We had a great time camping here! The alpacas were so friendly and it was so great having them roam all around our campsite and being able to feed them and see the other animals on the farm. The glamping tent was very comfortable and we had a great stay.

Stacey has a really great farm with fun amenities! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the clamping tent! Fans worked all night, and the bed was comfortable for the both of us. The Alpacas are sooo fun to watch and feed! They loved coming over to our tent for carrots (we brought extra!) The directions were well laid out and Stacey is a wealth of knowledge about the farm and her animals! We will definitely be back to see our friends again!

I would absolutely 100% recommend anyone that would like a relaxing easy time to consider going here. Stacy and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The property is very well taken care of. I spent my birthday here and it was absolutely amazing

Pam and Frank were wonderful hosts.
Our site was great, overlooking Topaz Lake.
We made last minute reservations and Pam was on it, communicating with us, making sure we were greeted and that we had a great experience. They take great care of their guests and the property as well.
We booked it just as a layover, but will be back to make it our destination.

We booked upon arrival and tent camped for one night. We l thoroughly enjoyed our time. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean as well as the entire site. We bought ice for $3 which was convenient. the site came with a fire pit a picnic table and hookups for water and RV electric hookup. We used the kayaks next day to enjoy the water before checking out. 10/10 experience

The lake was beautiful and our spot was nice and level for our van. It was crazy windy, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fun amenities, but the shower was super clean and nice with lots of special touches. We would definitely come back!

This place is absolutely amazing! Very clean, beautiful views, sites right on the water. We booked over Easter weekend and were the only ones there. It was heaven! Perfect weather and they provided fire wood, complimentary.

Glamping was a breeze! The sleeping area was clean and had so much space. I used my sleeping bag for extra warmth at night, but there was a propane heater for use if you need it.
The alpacas were my main draw and I’m so glad I was able to interact with them. They were very friendly and very curious about the dog I had with me. I enjoy the fact that I was able to feed the animals with feed they provided at their shop! Each paid campsite gets a free bucket of feed.
They have two guardian dogs that patrol the area and protect the livestock, and they were very friendly.
Overall a very enjoyable time. I added a breakfast to my trip and I loved it! My dog also had a very enjoyable time smelling all the smells and interacting with the animals.

We had a sweet and easy Saturday night in April as the only people here. We had a wonderful waterfront spot and enjoy skipping rocks and watching the pink sunset on the snowy mountains. Friendly host. All sites radically level. Very clean bathroom.
Clear lake used mainly as a fishing spot.

We had such a lovely experience staying at the alpaca ranch. We loved spending time with the animals. They were so cute!! Stacey was very friendly and helped us get set up with a heater to stay warm in the intense wind.

This was a fantastic stay! The tent was perfect set in the middle of the ranch with alpacas wandering right up to our door. It was easy finding our way around and they were very accommodating with our odd schedule. Definitely would recommend.

Great space for a quick getaway! I live in Reno and had a friend visit from California. Between us for this trip we didn’t have much trunk room but both love camping. Stacey had all of the essentials so all we had to bring was sleeping bags and food! Definitely would recommend for friends. There was a fire ring and we were allowed to have a camp fire with wood they provided! Perfect for winter camping!

This was one of the most beautiful spots we have ever camped in. It was so serene. Beautiful beyond words. It was cold during the time we camped but thankfully the bathrooms were nice and warm, clean as well. You get a front row seat overlooking the lake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Would love to come back.

Stacey was such an accommodating host. This was a unique and fun experience. The alpacas were fabulous and very friendly and curious, even with our doggos. Beautiful piece of land, perfect place to get away from the city and experience farm life. The glamping tent was great, we opted for a propane heater, which kept us nice and toasty for the night. We hope to return in the summer!
