If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. The acreage is surrounded on three sides by Ashley Creek and boasts a unique covered bridge and awe-inspiring grandmother Willow trees. Beautiful downtown Kalispell is an easy 10-minute walk. There you'll find local breweries with live music, a local ice cream shop, a variety of restaurants and shops. Parking is not right next to the tipis, but we have a wagon to help get your things from your vehicle to your tipi. Under the bridge is where you'll find our games, including croquet, badminton, Frisbee and Frisbee games, Bocce ball and Wiffle golf balls and clubs. We also have extra bedding and air mattresses in a secure chest. Remember that you'll be camping in a field. We've done our level best to keep the tipis clean and clear of pests, but it is a natural environment, so there is a non-zero chance that you'll run across some dirt, grass, thistles, or a multi-legged friend. You might even get an unwanted gift from a bird. There is plenty of seating, hammocks and picnic tables for guests to use as well. We also have two yurts available for booking on our property. The Mooseshroom is a licensed business that is limited to hosting 18 guests per night. Guests should expect a quiet, peaceful camping experience with plenty of room to enjoy their surroundings. ***This property is adjacent Highway 2 and there is a fair amount of road noise. There's also a train that's fairly close. The noise kinda comes with the territory, guests are also 10 minutes from the west entrance to the park. The land is beautiful, the tents are relatively private, but within earshot of each other and the host's house. Tent was clean and comfortable. It's like 10 minutes to glacier national park and even less to Polebridge, which has an amazing little mercantile with a phenomenal bakery, gear/vehicle rental, and some basic supplies available.

Teri is the most gracious host. This was my second trip to Teri’s place. The first time we tent camped and this time, we stayed in a yurt. She provides SO many things in the yurt. The beds were so comfortable, snuggling under the covers on chilly mornings was a favorite. We met and talked with people from all over in the common area by her shower house. We hated to leave and will definitely be back! It’s just a place you can’t help but want to come back to ❤️

Our family had a great time staying in a yurt! Plenty of space for the 5 of us and beds were comfortable. It was a hot week, but having the box fan was helpful. The air conditioned game room was a nice place to cool off in the evenings and the staff was very friendly. They even had postcard stamps for sale and outgoing mail for the kids to send postcards. Not a wilderness stay type experience, but oh so convenient being less than 10 minutes from the park entrance!

The spot is perfect and was easy to get to downtown Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park. It’s very tranquil and peaceful. The camper home is clean and very spacious. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and we would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area. We hope to find ourselves traveling to the area again and will absolutely book here if it’s available. Thank you!!

We loved staying at the yurts! The west entrance to Glacier NP was just 10 mins away and there were plenty of places to stop and get food or gas along the way. There were people staying in the other yurts but it still felt very private. The bathrooms were clean and the lounge was a nice bonus to have a place to hangout and grab coffee. The ladies at the front desk were also so kind and helpful. Bonus: you get the clearest view of the stars from the campground!

We had the yurt for 4 nights, very nice back yard, the yurt was awesome, you are close to a main road, so there is traffic noise, but it’s a great central location to hit Glacier and to check out whitefish, when in whitefish get the nachos and only the nachos from the craggy range, it’s literally a mountain of nachos and cheese and tons of toppings, probably the best we have ever had anywhere in the US, and we get a lot of nachos
