We found Richard’s RV site just as expected from his pictures and description. It’s was very pleasant to have a place all to ourselves and an added bonus to be greeted by his beautiful friendly dogs. We sat at the picnic table just under the trees and enjoyed the view of the mountains. His place was just 20 minutes to the entrance of Glacier Natl park where we spent 3 days. And we were also able to enjoy restaurants and live music in Columbia Falls at a fine place suggested by Richard. We will definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Deer Park was surprisingly peaceful being conveniently located close to town and Glacier! The campsite was extremely clean and had all the amenities we could wish for! Our stay at Richard’s Deer Park Campsite was fantastic! The grounds were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, Richard’s two friendly dogs greeted us and even came by to visit during our stay — they got along great with our three dogs, which made it extra enjoyable. We also loved catching glimpses of his chickens and roosters, which added a unique and charming touch. The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby trails for hiking and biking, as well as great fishing spots that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The full hookups Richard provided were an awesome accommodation for our 7-night visit and made an extended stay super comfortable. Richard is an exceptional host — very accommodating, welcoming, and even kind enough to share his WiFi with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better camping experience. Highly recommend Richard’s Deer Park Campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly, and well-kept place to stay!

This was a great location to explore the Glacier NP area. The campsite is just 1/2 mile off the main road. It's a quiet place and a nice grassy spot with full hookups and an occcasional deer walking past the site. Rich was a great host who made sure we had what we needed. He took great care of us. Learn more about this land: Enjoy lake view camping on an all Organic Cherry Farm. This 20-acre farm is nestled in the forest on Finley Point on Flathead Lake. It gives you a wide-open and cradled feeling at the same time. There is a view of the lake and mountains from almost all the camp spots. There are deer and turkeys that continuously roam the orchard. Enjoy the Big Montana Sky at night with an amazing view of the stars. You can pick your own fresh organic cherries for only $2 a pound. You can also just snack on some from your campsite. Cherry season this year will be from July 18th to Aug 5th. Nearby attractions include: Access to Flathead Lake is less than a 1/2 mile down the driveway. Flathead Lake (Finley Point) State Park is only 2 miles away. At the entrance to Finley Point, we have two great Restaurants, Finley Point Grill and the Smokehouse (Highly Recommended!). The town of Polson is 20 minutes away. You can find everything you need from supplies, to bars, restaurants, boat rentals, public parks, and even a casino. The town of Big Fork is only 45 minutes away and is a must-see. This town has an old-west feel with great shops, restaurants, a live theater, and an old iron bridge over the river. Glacier National Park is an hour and twenty minutes away. The driveway up to the orchard is made of gravel and is a bit steep at the beginning, At times there can be a few ruts so be cautious. Most standard passenger cars can make it up the driveway with no problem. Due to campers having trouble navigating the driveway with trailers we no longer allow trailers or RV's over 22 feet. Lowered vehicles are not recommended.

If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. Partly forested and partly pasture land, we boast Aspen, Fir, Spruce and Pine trees. Wildlife that commonly pass through include coyote, elk, deer and badger. Sites are small but allow plenty of space for smaller campers, vehicles, tents and all sites include a picnic table and access to a water hydrant! We do allow pets as well! An ideal location for those looking to explore all the Flathead Valley has to offer. The 1.25 acre yard is on the end of a normally quiet street. The spots are plenty shady and cool given all of the tree coverage in the yard. Spots are all fairly flat and the perfect sizes for a group of tents or a small camper and some vehicles. Between sites 2 and 3 are hammocks set up for guests to use. There is a playground near by across the street at the old school for kids to enjoy. ***At this time, THERE ARE NO TOILETS so campers must be self contained. Due to previous reviews, we are trying to make this even more clear. We expect to have a port-a-potty set up by summer 2026. We do now have hydrants for clean, potable water!!! We are working on getting more amenities to these sites in the near future. We do allow pets at this time but they must be leashed and looked after responsibly. There are other pets at this property as well as at surrounding neighbor's homes so please exercise caution and make sure pets are well behaved and polite guests. Thank you!

The farm sits on 17 acres (with only 1 acre in production) with a 1906 log cabin. The small Silver Butte Fisher River runs just off the edge of the field and is the home to trout, moose, beavers, bald eagles, mink, elk, kingfishers, ravens, deer, and the occasional bear, lion, or wolf pack. We are between the towns of Libby and Kalispell, each known for limitless outdoor activities including hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, skiing, climbing, paddling, foraging, & riding.
