This 20-acre farm is nestled in the forest on Finley Point on Flathead Lake. It gives you a wide-open and cradled feeling at the same time. There is a view of the lake and mountains from almost all the camp spots.
There are deer and turkeys that continuously roam the orchard. Enjoy the Big Montana Sky at night with an amazing view of the stars.
You can pick your own fresh organic cherries for only $2 a pound. You can also just snack on some from your campsite. Cherry season this year will be from July 18th to Aug 5th.

Flathead Lake (Finley Point) State Park is only 2 miles away.
At the entrance to Finley Point, we have two great Restaurants, Finley Point Grill and the Smokehouse (Highly Recommended!).
The town of Polson is 20 minutes away. You can find everything you need from supplies, to bars, restaurants, boat rentals, public parks, and even a casino.
The town of Big Fork is only 45 minutes away and is a must-see. This town has an old-west feel with great shops, restaurants, a live theater, and an old iron bridge over the river.
Glacier National Park is an hour and twenty minutes away.
The driveway up to the orchard is made of gravel and is a bit steep at the beginning, At times there can be a few ruts so be cautious. Most standard passenger cars can make it up the driveway with no problem. Due to campers having trouble navigating the driveway with trailers we no longer allow trailers or RV's over 22 feet. Lowered vehicles are not recommended.

Big Foot RV should be in the running for The Best Hip Camp. Candace and her husband Jason have created a private oasis for RVers who want to to explore Montana’s Flathead Lake region. Although it is only a few miles outside Kalispell, the site is situated up in the mountains above the lake. The owners’ home is on the far side of the property and hidden from the view of the campsite. The owners’ shop, which is an enclosed metal building, is next to the site and provides the hookups and even a covered porch area. The door of our travel trailer opened to a view of the ridge where we saw deer grazing every afternoon. Candace and Jason have tried to anticipate anything a traveler might need to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Great place to camp, we were there during the harvest so the orchard was busy and the trees were full of cherries. They only charged a couple bucks a pound to pick ourselves. We’d definitely go back

This was our favorite campsite spot to date! The space was private with lots of space and the views were amazing! The fire pit/picnic table area was wonderful. Candace provided wonderful directions and also had lots of helpful info for us at the camp site. The spot was in a great location and was very close to Flathead Lake. We would love to come and stay again soon!

Fantastic campsite. The location was great. Just a few miles into Lakeside or Somers yet very private and with a view of Flathead Lake from a few spots on the property. The campsite itself was very clean and well put together and the hosts Candace and Jason were very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and yummy cherries! Nice and quiet above the town and homes, open areas and sites well spaced. Outdoor shower was hot and great. Not great "farm" signage off the main road, and it is a steep loose rocky drive up...we used four wheel drive to pull our 20' popup camper up the drive. Deer and a family of foxes cruising around. Very lovely.

Great place to stay, we used it for an overnight, note that this is probably a spot that would work best for anything under 30’. We have a 36’ fifth wheel and while we made it in the site, there is somewhat of a steep grade getting onto the property and a few tight turns just before the site. (The hosts also list that the site is not suitable for larger rigs but we did not catch it)
But other than that, an amazing stay with very accommodating hosts.

This was such a great place to spend a few days! Super private & quiet, lots of room for the doggos to run around & the fire pit is just a perfect little spot to relax around. The owners are so helpful & welcoming! Quick to jump on any problems I had, which was only just a little power problem that they fixed right away! Just a fair warning, the driveway is pretty steep so make sure if your towing your trailer, you’re prepared for it. My truck struggled a bit, but we made it!

Beautiful spot. The peace and privacy of boondocking with the amenities of an RV park. Super kind and helpful hosts. We had good clearance for Starlink service. Our dog and toddler had space to roam. Not too far of a drive to amenities and restaurants of lakeside Definitely recommend!
