Sandy was super nice and hospitable. We will definitely be staying again in the future. We stayed at the p23 site, super private. The showers and flush toilets are always a plus. The tent sites had a nice grass base. The river, natural sites, and food are close by.

1 night at Undara Studio

Keith and Benka have “piece of Eden” ! I went on a solo trip looking for some personal me self care time. I asked Keith for some options on hiking and waterfalls. He recommended the best options for me and my personal preferences. The Tipi was over the top beautiful and nestled just right within the woods. Private. Beds are very comfortable and have heaters in them for winter. The accessories for your stay are endless! ! They have remembered everything a traveler may forget. Cute grill that is private and sun room with a fridge to use. Bath house with very modern and clean !! Owls hooting at night reminding Mother Nature works even when sun is down. Morning meditation on my own personal deck! Perfection to start the day with. Benka’s cinnamon coffee was extra special and yummy to the daybreak of peace and quiet of the new day. Keith & Benka are world travelers that have lived and captured their experiences thru out the property with books and photography . They also support Tibetan children that are in exile with a donations collected. This is an exceptional couple with kindness to share for their travelers and people of all cultures! I will most certainly stay again and again! Deep gratitude for my new friends!

We had such a great time camping here! The host was very nice, and the property was spacious and really peaceful. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it feel like our own little escape. One of my favorite parts was falling asleep to the sound of the spring right next to our tent. It was so relaxing. My boyfriend and I also explored Elephant Rocks and Johnson’s Shut-Ins while we were in the area.

2 nights at Lakeside Tipi Retreat

Fabulous grounds with so much to do! Rock hunters, great bird watching with numerous Whip-poor-wills, Chucks Poor Widows and so much more. The tipi is great, very cozy & cool in the evening. It's roughing it, cooking/shower wise but has a bathroom! Jim & Cindy are very accommodating and cool folks. The hammocks, kayaks, canoe and float mat on the lake and the tranquil waterfalls are a great place to mellow out at. Dogs are super friendly and good dogs! Definitely recommend! ❤️

1 night at Eminence Cottages and Camp

We stopped here quickly as a convenient place to tent camp before a float. Lovely great big sites and very clean bathrooms!

2 nights at Arcadia Valley Outdoors Land

Great location for a campsite. Theres a lake to kayak on, a mountain to hike and bike on, and a great couple little towns to walk in. I was here to ride Shepherd mountain and it was a perfect combo. Shower was perfect after a good couple days of riding

2 nights at Big Rock Candy mountain

As previously mentioned, the shower house is amazing (and has AC) but they also have a great set up around camp. You can be as primitive or comfortable as you'd like and the host family is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went over and above and helped us with a couple small issues we were having. Would definitely recommend!

2 nights at Four Creeks Campground

Great tent spot for our family! This is our second year visiting, and our two boys (ages 4 and 7) love it here. Just a short walk to the creek, with plenty of shallow spots to wade and look at creatures (my youngest loves all the pollywogs!) and deeper spots for swimming.

2 nights at Big River Outdoors Campground

We got in very late. The camp host was kind enough to drive over and help us locate the site in the dark. It was a beautiful very private spot on the river. We swam and kayaked and had a great time despite June heat. Close enough to Johnson's shut-in and elephant rocks but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with crowds.

2 nights at Four Creeks Campground

This was the best spot I've had camping in all of my 24 years. I will definitely be back again. Everyone was super sweet I give it a full 10 stars

Weekend Trip to Hawks Bluff Farm Campground

We needed to make some last minute changes and Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. It's a beautiful area and the fellowship was delightful! I found some amazing druzy quartz! We'll be back!!

Weekend Trip to Spring Lake Ranch

It was a pretty good campsite, the facilities & such were iffy far as the opening time but overall I still had a very good time. The bathhouse was walking distance from the site , and located near a pavilion and a few treehouse cabins which made the setting nice. Water also felt good and was pretty easy to access, throughout the weekend jus be aware of the wild life.

Absolutely fantastic place!!! Super nice and helpful people ! Mark,thank you again for helping me back in the camper. It was my first time needless to say I needed some help. Unfortunately are 1 year old got a little sick so we didnt get to experience the rocks. Needless to say we will be back very soon to do so. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Weekend Trip to Four Creeks Campground

Our spot by the creek was perfect for the hottest weekend we’ve had in a long while! We had shade all day, could see the creek from our fire pit, and were entertained by dozens of fireflies at night. A little walk down the gravel bar there was an ideal area for children to play in the water of Logan Creek. Michelle pointed out good areas as well as those to avoid. Besides finding so many pretty rocks, the kids spotted two bald eagles, a pair of Kingfisher birds, and many minnows and bullfrog tadpoles. We added on firewood and it was waiting at our site when we arrived. Our site was far enough away from others that we didn’t see anyone unless they came down the creek. It was so quiet and peaceful at night and the kids slept great. We did not have reliable cell service, which was a plus for me! All 4 kids (ages 3-12) enjoyed themselves. This campsite is certainly staying on our shortlist!

My girlfriend and I took a getaway camping trip and it was amazing. Very beautiful property, kayaking was fun, swimming was fun. Everybody we ran into was super friendly. Super clean and well kept place. 100% recommend and we will for sure be back!

We stayed only one out of two nights due to the heat, but would consider coming back again due to the quiet and the camp sites not right on top of each other. If you want something quiet and more primitive this is a nice place to camp.

Weekend Trip to Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors

My friend and I had a great time here. The site was lovely and fairly secured from the rest of the others on property so it felt very private. The animals were so fun to brush and see. Everything we might need was thought through well and the host was very responsive!

Weekend Trip to Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors

Hummingbird Hollow was amazing! It was HOT when we stayed but the creek is a short walk from the campsites and is big enough that you’re not on top of other people camping too. We stayed in St Quincy. Sarah had a nice sized fan setup in that kept air flowing and really helped with the heat. There were two beds and both were comfortable. We really loved seeing, petting, and taking pictures with all of the animals. The vast majority were extremely friendly and the other few were shy but still “checked us out.” We will definitely be booking another stay here this summer!
