Pine Valley is on 43 acres of beautiful green pasture and woodland. Take a hike on one of the trails around the property or go fishing or wading on the Huzzah Creek. Spend your evening roasting marshmallows around your private campfire.
Guests will have access to the 40 acres of land surrounding them. There are two ponds on the premise. Enjoy the quarter-mile walk to the old Dillard Mill Store, displayed in museum fashion at the entrance of Dillard Mill State Historic Site. Tour the old grist mill in working form, fish for sunfish, smallmouth bass and largemouth bass at the Mill, and take memorable photos. Just across from our main entrance take the half-mile trail through Mark Twain National Forest and skip rocks on the Huzzah Creek! Ask us about access to our private gravel bar on the Huzzah. You will pass it, and the private parking, on Dillard Mill Rd on your drive into Pine Valley

Other things to note
While this space provides most utilities and amenities you'd find at your home, it is important to note it is still a camping-style getaway. We do our best to treat the area, but you will encounter insects.
AT&T has limited cell phone reception in the area, Sprint is very spotty, and Verizon is pretty much unavailable for service. We provide the best free wifi available to help with communication back to the real world, but it is rather slow. The best wifi reception is near the General Store/Courtyard.
We try and keep the area well maintained. You may see ATVs/tractors on our property and on the gravel road.
Pets are welcome for an extra $50 per stay. Please note our dogs may be on the property. They are friendly and well-behaved, although sometimes curious. Other guests may have no-leash pets as well.
Park right next to your glamper. Arrive anytime after 4pm, just give us an eta to know when to expect you. If your glamper is not ready upon your arrival, feel free to explore our farm, visit Dillard Mill or head down to the Huzzah while we make it ready for your stay. Self Check-In is always the norm for added privacy. We won't bother you except to wave or maybe say hello if you're out and about. Please feel free to approach us with questions, niceties, or needs.

Very private campsite with great river views and easy and close access to the river and gravel bar with vast area of shallows that lead gently out to deeper water. And the river is wonderful clear water. Tubers can walk 10 minutes upstream, put in at the bridge, and have a very nice float back to camp. We stayed at Hobbit Hollow which is next to Crawdaddy Creek site. If you want total privacy, rent them both. Host has provided many amenities in the common area, including many tubes and floats. We plan to come back.

Stunning beauty!! This was the most serene and magical place ever! Very clean and well cared for farm with so many beautiful friendly animals. Horses, cows, goats, chickens, peacocks, turkeys, ducks, and lovely dogs. The cabin was privately tucked behind the large elegant barn and was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was provided, coffee, tea, snacks, toiletries etc. The most incredible sunset view, and a shaded porch for morning coffee while watching the horses run. So dreamy and cozy, felt like being in a hallmark movie! Would love to visit again! 10/10 recommend!

Place was awesome, the kids really enjoyed it! The creek was a great place to take the family to swim, met some families, locals and animals lol. It was extremely hot during our stay (mid August 2026) but as soon as the sun went behind the trees it cooled off so quick. Sleeping was peaceful as can be, the shower/bathrooms/only place for signal(wifi, I actually loved the no phones or TV or tablets ect. )

Had just bought a new AWD SUV... was happy to have it on the gravel roads going in as it had rained and got muddy.. also was good for crossing the creek to enter the glamping area, which was a bit intimidating at 1st but was just fine after the initial pass. As far as the camp itself.. as described entering.. foot bridge with no railing to enter which was a bit tricky to maneuver with my wagon but it was managble. The tent was well decorated and well appointed. Complimentary water for the keurig and fire starter were some nice touches. With several other tents in a valley but plenty of privacy between the tents. Went for the perseid meteor shower and the views from the open field were spectacular! Bath house super clean and well appointed also. Just wish there was perhaps a portable toilet closer to the tents. Cell service only at bath house. Wonderful stay and great place to unplug!

It's a cozy little spot in the cove. I liked that we could launch our kayaks right from our campsite. The only drawback I found that I didn't know ahead of time was that the ground was all gravel which was hard on one of our dogs' paws. Next time they will be wearing booties.

We're so happy we made the trip out to Sinking Creek Ranch. We got to experience full RV hookups for the first time and it was a game changer. The sites were maintained and the bath house was really clean and super cute. There is wifi at the bathhouse with ice and wood available. There are treats in the bathroom to feee the horses too! They had a glamping area that we want to check out in the future. What made this place exceptional were the host. They were so friendly and personable. It almost made us feel like we were family. You can also bring off road vehicles which my husband took advantage of. There are miles of awesome intermediate single tracks with great views. The host even took time to go on a ride with my husband to show him around. There are side by side trails as well. Even a swimming hole nearby to cool off. We are already planning our return visit!

Out of the way and peaceful with nothing but some wildlife (insects and birds) around and a few locals passing down the road. The full bathroom with AC was a life saver during my 4 days of mid 90s heat and humidity there. Night time star gazing was spectacular and the cove was just down the road. I did some swimming there (bring water shoes) but wished I had brought my pole as the fish were jumping right where the creek meets the cove (beautiful). The stairway to heaven was interesting but felt more like hell on the day I hiked it (95 degrees out) haha. Overall, this place was just what I needed for my first visit to the area on my property search. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are only 5-10 minutes to everything.
