Under no circumstances should visitors trespass over to any of the neighboring properties. We have had multiple campers trespassing across the fence to the neighbors property. Neighbors are nice people but because of the multiple incidents and damage done to fences and their property, they did notify me that they will prosecute. Thank you for respecting this policy. All campsites are Private and Primitive. Please bring your own potable water and portable toilet

Seated on a secluded one-acre site, Deer Lake Retreat offers a peaceful, primitive camping experience in the heart of nature. This cozy, private spot is perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. The camp features a covered camping structure with two twin mattresses, you must provide your own bedding. There’s plenty of space for an additional tent, allowing for a small group or family to enjoy the campsite. There is parking for up to three cars, the campsite is easy to access. This site has a porta potty but no shower or running water. Beautiful tree house. Serene. Private. Not sure if I would list it as “sleeps 4” though. Maybe if you brought bed rolls and bedding for the other two people but it would be pretty tight.

My wife and I had a wonderful two night stay in the Dreamcatcher Tipi at Sundance Ranch. It's perfect for a quick getaway from the city! Rhonda got us settled in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We took a little trip around the lake in the canoe in the morning and relaxed around the campfire listening to birds and watching wildlife the rest of the time. Very relaxing!

We LOVED this spot! It was secluded. BEAUTIFUL view of a pond you can canoe or kayak on. We chose to kayak at sundown & it was absolutely breathtaking. If you want to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of the real world. Breathe & take in the beauty of quiet nature. This is the perfect spot for a getaway! When we arrived the owner happened to be home. She was very kind, personable, and had a guide to lead us back to our spot. Like they said make sure you have 4WD or park further up the path if it’s a rainy night. We made it out okay but if we took my car we would have gotten stuck. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We were able to order ahead of time as well as purchased two dozen absolutely delicious eggs!! It was a wonderful nice and secluded space for our dogs to run a leash and enjoy the outdoors! This is our second time camping here and I know it will be coming back again and again! The host are so friendly and welcoming 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend this spot!!
