A quiet country retreat nestled in the picturesque rural outskirts of Higginsville, Missouri. Our place consists of three RV sites with water and electric hookups, two camping sites and one on-site travel trailer for rent. Wifi is available at all sites, except for Site 3. Green Acres at Red Brick Farm is located just 50 miles east of Kansas City off of I-70 at Exit 49. Once you are off of I-70 your drive is less than 8 minutes away on all blacktop roads. Site 2 is on gravel with 30 amp hookup and water, preferably best for RV’s and trailers 25’ and under. Site 1 and Site 3 are on gravel with a 20/30/50 amp hookup and water, best suited for larger RV’s and trailers. You may choose your site location, but due to the small number of sites we have we may have to alter your choice. This is so we can accommodate our guests in the best way possible, depending on the size of each rig. If you are towing a vehicle or pulling a trailer your total length should be 55’ or under. We will not accept Triple Axels. Site 4 and site 5 are for tents, pop ups, very tiny trailers and are in flexible locations. A 20 amp standard outlet can be provided for site 4 and site 5. For your use is a shower, toilet, and bathroom sink in our farmhouse basement. Please arrive before dusk, so you don’t disturb other campers. Site 6 Is the on-site travel trailer, ‘Ain’t She Cute’. No Pets are allowed when reserving ‘Ain’t She Cute’. The vintage style travel trailer is completely renovated and decorated with collectibles and antiques and is available for booking. It is furnished with a queen size bed, tiny kitchen, TV, wifi, and full size, not trailer size, bathroom. The trailer is for 2 guests, but an additional guest may sleep on the daybed, preferably a child or small adult. We live onsite in our 1920’s Prairie Style home which is also Red Brick Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast with three Guest Rooms available for booking. Look us up online. At your disposal, is the use of our outdoor furniture, a large yard to walk around in, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and even a tire swing. Our restaurant, Red Shanty Cafe and BBQ, is located in the town of Higginsville, about 5 miles from Red Brick Farmhouse. Red Shanty Cafe is open Weds and Thurs, 11am - 8 pm and Fri and Sat, 11am - 9pm.

We are on 7 beautiful acres in Baldwin City, KS. We're in town, but you'll feel like you're secluded in the country so you get the convenience of being close to downtown Baldwin, just 3 minutes away, while also feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere peacefully camping, just you and the birds. The Appleton City Lake does not allow swimming. It does not allow boats with motors. However, you could bring a kayak if you wanted. We have a community fire pit and picnic tables too. The grill is electric with pellets. We provide firewood for the pit and pellets for the grill. Guest access We are a little over one mile down a level gravel road and just 3.5 miles total from the small town of Appleton City where we have a little restaurant, Caseys, a very nice little grocery store (closes 7 pm), coffee house (mon-sat 8 am-11 am), and Dollar General (closes 9 pm). I live nearby on the property and am available to greet you when you arrive. Other things to note Appleton City is a small town. If you are coming in late, you may want to stop on the way to pick up food. We have a few stores in town, but some folks are caught off guard to find out the stores close early. But Caseys has sandwiches and assorted quick items and is open until 11 pm.

I had an incredible time staying here and cannot recommend it enough. The RV camper was exactly as described—if not better. I was able to unplug from the busy world but still have the comforts of home. It was so peaceful to sit or read by the water and watch the wildlife, and then when I got too hot I could return to the RV to cool off and enjoy some ice cream from the freezer. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful surrounding scenery. It was the perfect spot to unplug, relax, and star-gaze. I will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with me.

Super cute spot!! Lots of work has been put into their property- large pond. Ducks, nighttime lights to easily find/ see camper. They do stay on all night so bring a sleeping mask. Bed is small- perfect for 1 or 2 small adults. Camper has its own deck, hammock, chairs& table - perfect for HH drinks or AM ☕️ Inside camper- frig& freezer, coffee pot& microwave. Great spot & a true Glamping experience.

Beautiful land with beautiful people I went on a solo trip to decompress and definitely achieved my mission! As well I had forgot to pack my fire starters and was struggling with getting my fire started the host actually had a farm hand come out and get my fire started which ended in some great conversation and chill time so grateful I took this trip!!!!

Amazing space very secluded. The cabin could sleep 4 as is. I would suggest bringing a twin size air mattress for the ancient futon. Cabin was somewhat clean, still better than a tent. Honestly well worth a visit.

2 nights at Milo Farm Sacred Land

Milo Farm is my favorite place to camp, I’ve been there about six times in the last year. Every time I go, magical things happen on that land! We stayed in the Hippie Trailer and it was so lovely to be cool in there when it was super hot, and dry when it was rainy, we found so much magic along the trails, in the fairy forest, at the temple and by the Wisdom Tree. Their new library is SO cozy and the book collection is amazing. There was also a tornado warning while we were there and Loni made sure to accommodate a safe shelter during that time with other lovely camping folks. I can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to Annie's HIDEOUT Musicians Camp

Annie was extremely kind. Very easy to navigate and we enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately the shower did not work but she was very hospitable, she stocked us with a pack of water bottles (we also brought our own water) and otherwise enjoyable time. Easy to bring friends there and good for a group setting to hang out. We were careful of poison ivy on property but easy enough to stay away from and if someone is looking to get away for the weekend definitely a good place to go!
