Tiny Dreamer Homestead
9 sites · RVs, Tents4 acres · Hornsby, TNI just purchased 4 acres of land in west TN to place my tiny house on wheels. I plan on renting out my tiny house in the near future. The land is mowed down, lush green with some trees in the middle and just all around beautiful. I just added 4 gravel Rv pads and gravel paths around the homestead as well as 6 large wildflower gardens. Right now there are no activities on the land. Just a place to stay if someone wants to camp or you can walk on the paths. If you have a golf cart, you can ride those on the property. I do own 4 chickens which are a delight and I sell farm fresh eggs. Produce coming this year. The camp sites have not been broken in yet so the spots are not in a designated area yet. There are 4 tent camp spots to choose from. The photos you see are the areas you can choose from. I supply a fire pit for your use during your stay.

Lazy Acres Lake
10 sites · RVs, Tents50 acres · Lexington, TNLazy Acres Lake is located 11 miles from interstate 40 in the beautiful farming community of Chesterfield, Tennessee. We have an abundance of wildlife including our own team of Khaki Campbell guard ducks and a piebald whitetail buck named Lucky who enjoys hanging out by the levee. Lake access is included with each site reservation. Life jackets required at all times for those with paddle please. Camp sites 1-3, the boat ramp and main parking area are located at the main entrance and offer gravel roads and parking. Look for the LAL logo on the left gate post and the yellow beaked bird near the road. Camp site #4 the hiking trailhead and our back country campsites are located at the east entrance. Look for patriotic fence post near the road. If you end up traveling a long paved road that leads to a boat ramp with lots of parking, you zigged when you should have zagged. Turn around and lazy acres is across from where that road ends. Follow the access road along the tree line down to the water. The hiking trail is to the east across the footbridge. Look for white AT style blazes for trail markers. The blue blazes leading to each campsite. * All gates are open 24 hours when campers are present.

Camp Wonder Wander is Wanderful
14 sites · RVs, Tents17 acres · Waynesboro, TNYour host Val has walked away from her life as a tenured graphic design professor for a passion that is probably her true calling. Inspired by travels and a youth immersed in girls scouts, I created this retreat center and camp for the opportunity to relish in nature, put away the phone and get back to craft, conversation, and the basics of life. You'll relish in the quiet and beauty of the rural rolling foothills of Appalachia in mid-south TN. 20 minutes from any town so prepare en route. Route 99 splits the 17 acres with retreat center on one side and an 11.5 acre campground with significant river front property On The Buffalo. This is in Lewis county - of the Lewis and Clark adventurers. The Buffalo River is a class 1 and sometimes 2 river perfect for kayaking. Ask about add on options like a tour and story about the camp and animals or even a pottery lesson or art workshop.
