Our community sits on the stretch of the Tennessee River called the Kentucky Lake. The Kentucky Lake is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river. It covers 160,300 acres and features 2,300 miles of breathtaking shoreline. Bring your boat and use our private community boat ramp. You can stop at the marinas located nearby for food and live music. If you don’t have a boat, you can rent one nearby. Kentucky Lake is a boaters dream with its clean water and beautiful scenery. Boat storage is included in your stay. Additionally, some of the best freshwater fishing in the Country can be experienced in the Kentucky Lake and is known for excellent fishing for large and small mouth bass, bluegill, white bass, catfish, and many more. You can fish directly from your site on most waterfront sites or use our dock. If you like to kayak, you will enjoy the tree-lined, calm, four mile long cove in our community. You can directly access the cove from your site when you stay on a “cove site.” We are open year-round. We offer nightly, weekly, and long term stays on all our sites. We have set up the middle spot to rent with the ability to be pulled in either way as a buddy spot, solo spot or for a motor coach to pull head in. The community has a boat launch, large fire pit and covered picnic area with picnic tables. The site sits up looking over the river but does not have direct access to the water. The site ground is currently Chert. We have just recently set this up for our family and will add more amenities as time permits. Area has trash bins on the main entrance road about 3/4 mile from the site.
