We are a sixth-generation family farm, deeply rooted in the land and home to a wide variety of wildlife. Certified in both water quality and organic practices, we are committed to sustainability through cover cropping and regenerative farming methods.
Our farm grows rare tribal seeds, Row 7 seed varieties, and specialty grains sought after by some of the nation’s top award-winning chefs. We supply grains for artisan bread, bagel shops, and even the Japanese market. In addition, we offer consumer-ready pancake mixes, flours, and rolled oats.
Our work has been featured on the Food Network and in national publications. Noreen, our lead farmer, was honored as the first woman to receive the University of Minnesota’s prestigious Siehl Lifetime Achievement Award.

Lots of area to walk, and fish or see the night sky. We also very close to Fargo, Nd and Moorhead, Mn about 12 miles. Lots to do there as well and we can share our favorite places.

Great host, accomodating to our needs and arrival after dark. Sit was easy to navigate and park with minimal light.
Noreen was incredibly sweet and super helpful for the next day forecast and best routes to navigate the next couple of days. Wonderful bread and eggs, perfect for a quick breakfast as we left at the crack of day for our RV service.
Also wonderful nice dogs, was my morning walk around entertainment before driving off.

Noreen is an amazing woman and host! We had a lovely stay at her farm and had great conversations with her. The property was well shaded and included an outhouse. We will definitely stay again if we pass back through the area!

We loved our experience at Doubting Thomas! Noreen was an excellent host, very welcoming and super engaging. We really enjoyed hearing about her work and the farm and got excellent recommendations for fun things to do during our visit to Fargo. The spot is beautiful, excellent star-gazing at night, and fun to see the chickens running around. We will definitely be back on our next trip up there!

Beautiful! Gracious host. Wanted to see the stars but we had thunderstorms so…. I guess … I’ll have to go back 😊. Noreen so kind —-farm fresh eggs. Even told us about a door to the basement just in case storms were severe. And we learned some things about plants. Going home to plant red clover. Thx

Noreen was a WONDERFUL host! She welcomed us with a dozen eggs accompanied by her guardian dog, Max (who is super friendly as well!). She helped us get settled, had a clean Porto potty, educated some on her farming practices, and pointed us in a good direction to stretch our legs after the long drive. Definitely recommend!

Noreen was an amazing hostess. The area is a beautiful working farm with a friendly farm dog and chickens running around. Nice shaded area. Amazingly quiet and with a nice sky at night. Noreen even brought us fresh eggs and homemade bread.

Such a lovely stay! Beautiful farm lands and felt very safe. Noreen was such a sweet host that went above and beyond with welcoming us, showing us around the farm, and giving us some delicious fresh home baked bread with organic farm fresh eggs for breakfast. What a treat this stay was. Highly recommend!
