Rent this gorgeous empty corner lot adjacent to my home and enjoy the same privacy as if we were merely neighbors! 50-amp electric hookup, water hookup (hose to house), and sewer hookup. Two acres of woods on a corner lot with one dirt road and one paved road. Beautiful view of peaceful, residential-only Duck Lake just one mile from the bustling summer town of Crystal, Michigan, in Montcalm County. Lake and dock access. Great fishing for kids! Bluegill, pike, bass, sunfish galore. RV hookup is solo - for just one RV. Two tents welcome alongside your RV. Firepit and wood included. One large trash bin provided; pickup once a week provided. Well-behaved, leashed/staked dogs welcome; we just kindly ask you to pick up their poo. We often have cornhole and croquet sets out on the lawn RVers are welcome to use. Peaceful, gorgeous, wooded, and a quick jaunt to the village of Crystal, where there's a one-screen movie theatre screening first-run films on weekends, Ike's Ice Cream shop, two gas stations, two bars, restaurants, and a pizza joint. I have almost an acre my wife and I are turning into a small private camping experience. Lot it’s fully wooded plenty of shade located just south of west branch so conveniently close to shopping. Miles and miles of local trails and hunting locations only minutes down the road or a short drive to the Saint Helen trail system without all the congestion of staying locally. Each site is different to meet different needs all are rustic one tent/small camper or pop up the other is setup to take a camper up to around 25 ft. Main campsite is still under construction and the shed is being converted into a cabin but you could bring your camper. There currently is a small solar system for electric and a rain water collection system with filter and an outdoor camp shower with hot water and over 500 gallons reservoir and outhouse in the works next. We had a storm possible tornado I wasn’t here but did major damage to many trees and knocked down several others I’m looking for people willing to trade a few hours of labor for free camping tasks will be assigned based on capabilities from moving and burning branches to running chainsaw and wood splitter and if knowledgeable in construction have stairs and deck/platforms and other related projects associated with building a campground.

Learn more about this land: Located on 11 acres with a swimming pond and small beach, fishing and a water trampoline. There is also a campfire pit located down by the pond with wood available. We have a few trails cleared out through our woods that can be explored. We have two horse, a miniature pony, two cats, a pug and two chickens. There is also a paved bike trail across the road from us that can be accessed. Electrical is available however, it is very poor and will not run an a/c unit!

19 nights at Duck Lake Wooded RV Retreat

I chose to stay at The Only Spot as it was within 15 min or so of my relatives and some friends. We were on an extended trip to MI to escape the southern heat. So when my husband had to fly back for work this spot worked great as there aren't a lot of camping options around. It is a quiet area so it's a great place to kick back and relax with a good book.(You do hear the Crystal race on Saturday night but its not bad) I enjoyed seeing the sunrise at Duck Lake in the morning then going to see the sunset at Crystal. I also enjoyed having the windows open and having the cool breeze from the lake even though it was across the street. The ice cream at Ike's was great. The little store in Crystal I found some food items I needed along with refilling my propane tank. I kayaked at the lake as we brought our own. It's a small lake but peaceful as there is not alot of boat traffic. Jennifer was a great host and was responsive to the few question I had. I would stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Duck Lake Wooded RV Retreat

Great, peaceful spot with easy access to two lakes! Very peaceful with lots of wildlife and all the necessities you need (sewer, water and electric hookup). Very large lot so you have room to spread out! Firepit and wood provided for cozy bonfires. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

This is a very nice lot with electric sewage and water. Front yard has many trees and a fire pit. Duck Lake and dock directly across road for easy access. We were there for only 2 nights and didn’t bring kayaks but next time for sure!! Hostess Jennifer very accommodating and it was a peaceful and quiet stay.
