We have 1 spot near the house with a view of the river that can support electric hook for a smaller RV and can attach a garden hose for water if needed. We do have a “field” that RVs can use but there is no hook up and there ground may not be level. We have many options for rustic tent camping along the river. No public restroom available. We can also provide some fire wood for campfires for a small cost. Along the river fires are allowed but must be contained in a fire ring. If camping by the field fires will be dependent on conditions. We have 3 kayaks and a canoe that can be used with prior consent. There is a park up river where you can put in and then can exit at our house which is about an hour on the river. We are very new to this and just purchased a UTV so we will be able to start making trails and clearing areas. But for now, camping along the river you will have to walk (and carry belongings) through tall grass to the site you desire. Quiet time 11 pm. Julie was a fantastic host! She checked in after our first night to see if we had everything we needed. We spent a weekend here as part of a greater road trip cross-country and we had a swell time. The views of the lake are gorgeous and the loft sleeping accommodations were super cozy! After we left we realized that we left some near and dear prized possessions (a special hat and one single ear bud) and Julie was kind enough to reach out and then mail these items to us! We are super thankful and do kindly recommend staying

We loved our time in the Tiny Love Shack! It's definitely tiny, just enough room for the two of us and our big dog. It felt surprisingly private for being so close to neighbors. It was a bit musty in November, but that's to be expecting of glamping!

Beautiful place & peaceful. I’d you want a nature break, this is the spit for you.. Camp host was on site briefly, his dog Luke kept me company for most of my stay. Already planning a visit next summer when I come to the area. Few things to note: *Bring a flashlight, it’s dark when walking to the restroom. *There are bugs & Spiders everywhere, it’s nature. *Futon in cabin-s isn’t comfortable, I slept in my zero gravity chair.. *Breathe, and have fun..

We had a great time here. Stephen is accommodating and friendly. Luke, the dog, is a perfect gentleman who escorted me to the restroom in the night. We noticed that Cabin M is equipped with an EV charger if that is important to you. We were end of season camping but found everything to be as expected and we plan a return visit in the spring.

Woods campsite #4 is absolutely amazing. It's close to a house, but plenty secluded, quiet and up on a small hill. Super close to the bathhouse which is rustic, but clean. Better yet within 20 minutes of being set up we were peacefully greated by Luke the pup who proceeded to be our campground guide, fire sentient, the bestest trail walk supervisor and even slept on our mat outside the tent at night.

I loved staying here! There was a slight miscommunication about my site which was quickly resolved. There are lovely trails, a wonderful wildflower field, and a few open areas to take in the view and sun. The firewood portion supplied for $5 was a great deal and lasted me all 48hours i was present. The cabin was minimally but adequately furnished, the outside space includes plenty of seating and table options too. My dog also had a blast with the wide areas and trails to explore. I do photography and got some lovely shots of different plants, flowers, fungi, myself, my dog, etc. The weather was phenomenal during my visit so it was all around a lovely, magical retreat from the corporate life 🖤

I really enjoyed my stay at Julie’s B52 “Love Shack.” My dog and I felt right at home. Julie provided everything we could need. The upstairs was so relaxing and peaceful. The outside grill and zero gravity chairs were perfect for enjoying a delicious meal and providing front-row seats to view the stars and moon. The outside shower was an experience and a first for me. I mistakenly thought I had put enough water in there, but ran out with my hair covered in shampoo. Luckily, I was able to rebound pretty quickly and enjoyed an ice-cold shower on an extraordinarily hot day for October. Overall, this place and space offered me exactly what I was looking for, and I look forward to revisiting it soon.

The cabin was as expected. It’s in a beautiful space that makes you feel far from the noise of more suburban areas. Luke is such a sweetheart and I felt so protected knowing he was around. Every morning he was laying by my chair. I would like to comment on the restroom area, I’ve camped around and this was clean and it was nice to have some items like hand soap and shampoo. Minimal spiders lol I plan on coming here again soon!

My son and I camped on Emily's property for 5 days, set camp up right next to the beautiful pond where you can fish or go swimming. The property is absolutely beautiful with trails you can walk an explore and watch wildlife everywhere. Would totally recommend great place to relax and unwind. Emily is a great host can't wait ti go back

This was my first Hipcamp stay. It was fantastic! I plan to stay here again. My 4 small dogs had a blast being off leash. They stayed in the area rolling in the grass and hunting chipmunks. (They never catch them). We stayed here to be close to our grandkids and watch them play football nearby. Nice fire with a barrel of firewood for $5 extra. I got a brief view one morning of the black dog everyone mentioned, but he was just passing thru. Played some Frisbee golf. Checked out the bathhouse and the cabins. This is the exact type of place I like to camp at. I have a class C that is fully self contained so I didn't need water or electricity, but they are available.

Lovely lovely land. Michael and Dawn are very sweet and friendly, willing to show you their amazing land (sheep, beehives, chickens, ducks, very nice trails in the back for an evening stroll). Very cozy and I was very happy to have found them on my journey!
