Shine & Rise Magic Food Forest

2 sites · RVs, Tents80 acres · Boston, VA
Our farm started as a soy field and has exploded into a biodiverse forest of fruits, nuts, vegetables, mushrooms, and more. The land is designed to mimic the strengths of a natural ecosystem so we plant to replicate the forest edge... except everything is edible. Think Willy Wonka's factory but with plants:)

The Guinea Farm, Field, and Forest

4 sites · Lodging, Tents18 acres · Diggs, VA
The Guinea farm is 18 acres of feild and forest on the rural middle pennensula. Only 1 mile from 2 separate secluded beaches and a boat launch. There is verly little traffic or light polution here, nature is at your fingertips. Come visit the farm and experience agrotourism at it's finest. Pick your own veggies in the community garden and meet the Guinea fowl! Enjoy the windernes and learn about the local ecosystem here on the middle pennensula. There are 3 sites spaced out across the 18 acres set apart for privacy. Wisteria is a primative site closer to the entrance gate. Trilogy is a suspended tree tent in the pines 700' beyond that and seperated by dense forest. Stargazer Tiny cabin is an offgrid rustic camping cabin on the back side of the property. Each site is surronded by several acres of forest and close to the edge of a large feild. There are romaing guinea fowl that may come make a very loud appearance as they canvas the property eating bugs. Deer, Turkeys, Bald Eagles, foxes, and other wildlife are common guests also. Mid-summer is what I call frog season, Tree frogs are abundant and provide a wonderful soundtrack. There are free to use bicycles, an axe throwing board, and cornhole boards available. 4 miles from shopping and dining in Mathews Virginia, 15 miles to Gwynn Island. Gwynn's Island is an island located in the Chesapeake Bay off of Virginia's Middle Peninsula. The island is located in the northeast part of Mathews County, south of the mouth of the Piankatank River. It is connected to the rest of the county by a swing bridge over Milford Haven.

We all know the story.... COVID came, everyone bought a camper and campgrounds skyrocketed the prices to make every single penny they could. So, we decided to build our very own little campground on an unused piece of property on our homestead located in Melfa, Virginia for our enjoyment. We have enjoyed many summer nights and weekends here with family and friends as well as a great spot for guests to relax when in town visiting, NOW its your turn. Available as a camper rental, tent site or RV hook-up. Pets allowed- Must be leashed at ALL times or bring your own lead to allow them to relax in the shade while you sit and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. No need for alarm clocks here....as The early bird gets the worm on the property, so be prepared for a few early morning rooster crows. Tons of local sites to see Savage Neck Dunes Chincoteague Island Ferry trips to Tangier Island Historical Onancock Virginia Short drive to VA Beach or Ocean City Maryland. Porta potty on site as well as Bathroom in the Camper. Water tank is filled before every stay and we are always a text or call away to refill if needed.

Community Acers

My land has a simple story originally just a small 30 acre farm with a small farm house. But the current farm house which was built in 1890s was moved from a diffrent farm in 1975. The house orgiannly was on a farm which is 10 miles away on gravel branch rd in Hurlock Maryland. I’m glad to share my property it’s a very quit location and relaxing which is why I fell in love with this location.Learn more about this land:A secluded wide open space among 30 acres of corn and soybean fields on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Flat level, dry ground, and no trees field setting. Very quiet and great for star gazing. Farmhouse on the property. Loblolly Landing SBY

3 sites · Lodging, RVs5 acres · Salisbury, MD
Just outside of Salisbury, five minutes from the highways and thirty minutes from OC, we're at the end of a closed road and surrounded by five acres of mixed pines. This rustic woodland hideaway is a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Relax in a vintage Airstream stocked with the works, chill out in a custom tiny Teardrop, or safely overnight in a private spot with your own camper. Spend some time outside. Listen to songbirds sing and watch squirrels scurry. Explore our gently maintained trails traversing both forest and farmland. Keep an eye out for deer, foxes, bunnies and more while you're here. Both camper BandB's have comfy outdoor setups with plenty of room to relax. Grill dinner under the trees with stars peaking through and absolutely do not miss the brilliant sunrises and sets from the end of the driveway. Trust us, you won't regret the early rise! Everything you need from the world is still close. We're 2 miles from Rt.50 and 5 miles from the Rt. 13 exits. Salisbury Regional Airport is almost in our front yard. The corner store for gas, snacks, sandwiches, beer and wine is at the head of our road. Go to the grocery store or pharmacy in 5 minutes or the hospital in 15 minutes. Head downtown or over to SU in 10 minutes and be on campus at UMES in just 20 minutes. All the fun stuff isn't far either. Spending a day at the beaches is an easy 30 minute trip. See wild ponies up close at Assateague Island. Stroll the boardwalk in Ocean City, ride the ferris wheel and chow down on Thrashers fries (say yes to vinegar). Keep cruising and party on at Dewey. Drive a little more and wander around quaint Bethany or shop 'til you drop at the Rehoboth outlets. There's so much more to the beaches than just beach. Aside from the coast there are plenty of closer things to get into. Pick a local brewery, any brewery! Test your palate at a local winery or find legit farm to table produce at our farmstands - the kind where there isn't a label saying it's so because it literally just came from the ground. Play a round of golf at one of the pristine courses. Take a ferry ride to Smith Island for a piece of their to-die-for cakes or have the best seafood of your life in Crisfield, seriously nothing compares to authentic Chesapeake Bay Crabcakes. You'll never be the same. The Eastern Shore is your oyster! Come stay at Loblolly Landing SBY while you experience all that it offers. We'd love to have you. ******************************** AIRPORT NEIGHBOR NOTE: The closed road out front is a primo place for plane spotting. Take camp chairs (just ask and we'll provide) along with some drinks down to enjoy the show! Regional air traffic is part of life here and doesn't spook the wildlife. Likewise, most people are not negatively impacted and find seeing the various planes exciting. However, if you are highly noise sensitive please take this into consideration before booking. ******************************** OTHER: There are security cameras outside throughout the outside grounds of Loblolly Landing for your protection and ours. Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping in the campers or anywhere at all on the property. The closed road is a perfect place to take a stroll and a smoke should you so desire. Dogs considered, please message prior to booking with details for approval. ******************************** SERVICE DISCOUNT: We are thankful for those who serve others. Veterans, Military personnel, Law Enforcement, Firefighters/EMT's, Nurses and Teachers receive a 10% Discount on Airstream and Teardrop stays. Message us PRIOR to booking for a code to use at checkout.
