Perfect spot! I was looking for a single spot to avoid other over crowded campgrounds, this was great—would definitely stay again, flush toilet/sink an added bonus!

Dave’s land is peaceful, quiet, and easy to get to. I had a nice spot in the grass by a wooden fence and it was mostly private. Dave is quick to respond and answer any questions. For me, it was a transit stop in route and I will be returning again.

We loved bringing our camper to Dave’s land. Beautiful place and very welcoming people. Definitely recommend getting the cinnamon rolls and brownies, they are soo good. Perfect place to go to bring your family, whether it be for visiting friends and family, getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, or just staying somewhere close but not too close to Indianapolis. Very quiet and peaceful place to just be. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time! Loved the site we had, it was right on the water. My granddaughters had a blast playing in the river and fishing.

Tent camping here was so beautiful and peaceful. Not many other people around, which was nice. The view was so beautiful. Makes one feel secluded yet not far away from everything. Would love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time camping here. Whitney was kind and showed us around the property when we arrived. He also mentioned a few good places around to eat as well. This camp spot is very close to town, less than 5 minute drive to Walmart. It was nice for going to get ice or anything you may have forgotten, but also know it is in Muncie. We caught a couple fish and or dogs enjoyed splashing in the river. We brought our popup camper and handle ample space to set up as well as access to electric. If you’re looking for something with access to water, close to town, but in the woods this was a great spot.

Nice quiet place - until sunup when the chickens start to squawking. But really that’s part of the attraction. Site was nice with a fire ring and a relaxing view. Once dark the fireflies came out and it was really cool. The trip from the highway to Tina’s was interesting in itself and showed us a part of Indiana we didn’t know existed. We stopped for a quick overnight on our way west and it worked perfect for us.

Loved our tent/hammock experience here! We were right on the river and our kids enjoyed playing the whole time. Whitney was super kewl and helpful. He also has kayaks and offered to pick us up for a small fee and if we wanted to float the river and even told us about some cool places to check out nearby. We already plan on coming back next year

We camped on site 4. It was so peaceful and a very nice, wooded site with lots of room to spread out! Brain was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!!

Cole and his wife have an absolutely beautiful private campground on a great well stocked private lake … catch and release but huge slabs of Bluegill Came by several times inquiring of our needs…. And continues to improve…. Location is just miles from amenities and Wife and high will be back very soon and highly recommend a visit…. Tent camping to 30 amp and soon to have water hookups 10 stars*****

We were unable to stay as a result of some car trouble. Jonathon was very understanding of our situation, and he offered another stay when we get back to Indiana.

Such a beautiful property! We love how remote the primitive sites are but still able to access them by vehicle. The walking trails are well taken care of and we loved cooling off in the creek. Our host was super accommodating, and friendly. We will be back!

We were testing out a new trailer on Cole’s property for one night and it went very well. Cole came and welcomed us and let us set up in a more scenic area on the property. Very comfortable and our dogs had some freedom to roam a little bit. Thanks guys!

Weekend Trip to Apple acres

Without a doubt, best camping site ever! 90+ degree sunny day and under the canopy our camper was cool(ish) and the breeze from the field was almost like AC. We had friends over for a cookout (under the canopy) and their infant daughter had no issues with the heat. This family was awesome. We met Jonathan's dad, Gary who told us all about the 5 generation history of the property and gave us a tour of the wedding venue next door which they also operate. Jonathan's wife was busy around the property making everything beautiful. The campsite was very well kept, Firewood was available (small charge) and the smokeless firepit (you read that right) was so nice. With a couple more sites underway this is going to be very well recieved in the Agrotourism community. Thanx for a great experience Jonathan. I hope we pass this way again.
