We are 30 minutes from Indianapolis, 20 minutes to a gorgeous lake and mountain bike trail and Knightstown has several quaint shops and antique venues for you to enjoy! Please keep all animals on a leash or contained. We do live in the midst of cornfields and forest where racoons, opossums and our pets live. We have outdoor kitties Reginald is a big gray boy who will try to climb your leg if you stand still long enough! lol Abigail and Toby are our indoor dogs, but they do roam outside during the day. We also have 2 new to our farm rescued Great Pyreneese that are adjusting! They are in an enclosed pen behind our barn and should'nt cause you any trouble. You may hear them barking off and on as they adjust to their new surroundings. If you need anything please let us know :D We are always ready to make your stay as comfortable as we can!

We have a Fairly decent sized farm It’s nice and quiet, plenty of opportunity to get in touch with nature’s beauty. Enjoy the sun rise Early mornings and sun set in the evenings. Chances are high for seeing some wildlife. We have deer, wild turkey, rabbits, all types of birds including a bald eagle usually flying close by. Fishing! Yes it’s available!! I do have limited access to a pond that can be fished. No license required! Catch and release only River fishing: I am willing to show some good spots on the Ohio river. A fishing license will be required. I have ample space for basic tent camping, Rv/ skoolie parking/ storage. Or if you want to get out there with raw nature, I have a couple great spots for Dispersed camping. If you're looking for privacy, you won't find a better place in Brown County, Indiana. The farm currently features an apiary, vegetable garden, small orchard, pond, and creek. Fishing is permitted in our pond. *If you are bringing a large camper or RV please pick Sunshine Daydream or Sugar Magnolia.*The Ripple is about 75 yards into the woods away from the parking space.*Fire on the Mountain and Franklin's Tower are approximately 100 yards uphill. Please be prepared for a hike to Fire on the Mountain and Franklin's Tower. It's worth it! We can assist with getting your gear up the hill with our ATV, but unfortunately, we do not have the resources to move people to the top of the hill.* Please note: We are an active honeybee farm and bees will be buzzing around. I can not guarentee they will not sting, but I live here full time and have never been stung outside of opening a hive. So please be aware if you are allergic. We are perfectly situated among the trees with very little light pollution and minutes from all the things that make Brown County, IN a destination for folks from all over the country!
