Now it is our home and houses my riding stable. Many people have commented on how nice it is. I thought this would be a great opportunity to share its beauty and the animals with others. Learn more about this land: We have 3 spots to pitch a tent, but we're pretty flexible. If you see another area, please ask!. Site "Woods" is most secluded. We now have a cabin!! Our "Chalet". It will sleep 4 and has some great amenities. The others are around our grassy barnyard area where you're able to enjoy all of our different animals!. All sites are 2-5 mins from the main house. You will be staying on our horse farm. We have many chickens, bunnies, a potbelly pig, feeder pigs (depending on the time of year), and our 4 house dogs. We offer overnight equine amenities as well. There are 2 showering options and restroom available. You can enjoy a small fire (weather dependent) or listen to the crickets and frogs under the starry night. Actually, you can do it all. We offer trail rides on the horses as well, (extra charges). You can even book a trip to the state park to ride the horse trails, which is only 15 minutes away. There is a great fishing lake less than 1 mile from the farm, so bring your poles and kayaks. Or rent ours! There is a Dollar General, 2 gas stations, and a liquor store in our tiny little town if you forget anything. Walmart is 12 minutes North of us.

Weekend Trip to Creekwood Cottage

Our stay at this cabin was truly lovely. The space felt cozy and private, even with the kids enjoying the loft upstairs. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated how peaceful and comfortable it was. The only challenge we experienced was with communication. When an unexpected winter storm came through, we reached out twice to ask whether we could extend our stay for an extra night. We weren’t from the area and were concerned about driving in unsafe conditions. The host responded to other parts of my messages but did not acknowledge the question about availability, which left us unsure how to plan. We ultimately chose to leave early and book an Airbnb for safety. Overall, the cabin itself was wonderful, but clearer communication during situations like this would have made the experience even better.

All experiences we have never had. Our daughters (ages 3 & 5) especially loved the huge slide down the hill and the adorable cats and kittens to play with. Tim and Beth are wonderful hosts! If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and reset, Heritage Farm is truly the place to escape to!

2 nights at Heritage Farm Stay Adventure

We absolutely loved our experience at Heritage Farms, the camping sites were very clean and well kept. There were a couple of farm cats that kept us company the whole time and they were as sweet as they could be. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and always stocked with all of our needs. The host were extremely welcoming and very pleasant to talk to. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There’s lots of alpacas that next time we would like to feed and mingle with. We will definitely be back and see ourselves spending quick getaways here in the future.

We camped in the front of the camp site We had a nice spot and quiet. We took a trail and met other campers they were super friendly. The trails were really nice . We went to use the outhouse and a squirrel was in there, I ran so fast back the site I ran out of my shoes. I tried again later and a chipmunk ran across my foot . Needless to say we have a great story Host was awesone when bad weather was approaching. He even checked on us . Great visit and we will be back again.😆 🤣

The property has a little bit of everything for a wide variety of camp styles. The campsites are very well maintained. Even the trailways to the sites are kept in great condition. I was able to drive my Honda civic to my site without any issues at all. The woodland is very large. The trails were very enjoyable. Sites are spread out in ways that offer privacy, but the throughways create opportunities for connections with other families as well. Brian is super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I definitely recommend this place. I will be going back someday for sure.
