Inside the house it can fit up to 3 people. You can hook electricity up to the outside outlet. We do not have a water/sewer hook up. Enjoy watching the birds and squirrels from the back yard. LOVED Alicia’s place! We stayed here while visiting our kiddo at college and didn’t really want to stay around the college .. we wanted a more chill mini vacay while visiting her and this was perfect :) it was quiet and peaceful- perfect w the dogs and sweet spot to rest between college activities- we enjoyed strolling around the quaint little town, playing in the yard with the dogs and having a nice quiet evenings💕 Our hosts have a great set up in the house and a lot of little extra touches that were so sweet
