Please take a moment to review the following: • This is primarily a boondocking site – no water, electric, or sewer hookups in most areas. • We do have ONE reserved site with 30/50 amp electric and fresh water available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no septic/dump station, so please plan accordingly. • No dumping of gray or black water anywhere on the property – use a proper offsite dump station. • Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. • Charcoal grills or fire pits are welcome, but must be fully extinguished with water before being left unattended or before bed. No smoldering coals or open flames may be left burning. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – please be respectful of neighbors and other guests. • Take all trash with you – this is a pack-in, pack-out site. No trash disposal available. • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior. • All guests must be fully self-contained (except in the one designated hookup spot). • Feel free to set up chairs, small tables, etc., but please clean up and pack everything before departure. • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if rules are not followed. This is a peaceful, low-key place to recharge and rest for a night or two. We look forward to hosting travelers who appreciate simplicity, courtesy, and clean country stays. Our property is covered by video surveillance so please keep it respectful.
