What to Expect
- Country landscaping with native plants and pollinator-friendly “weeds.” Goathead stickers are common in rural Idaho.
- Shaded areas, open skies, and seasonal views of horses grazing.
- Yardwork happens around our schedules and between guests.
Garden & Fruit
From July to October, guests may enjoy cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples—depending on weather and timing. Just ask before picking, as not all fruit may be ripe or reachable.
RV Site Options
- Site 1: Full hookup with 50amp (30amp converter available) and water.
- Site 2: Covered RV Bay with 30amp and water—fits big rigs and slide-outs.
All sites are back-in only—please plan accordingly.

Just a mile up the road are the fish ponds, a great place to explore and get the catch of the day or head down to the Snake River for more water related opportunities. There is excellent outdoor recreation any season of the year. The great Snake River canyon is 2 miles away with nearby Nationally Recognized Shoshone Falls, the Niagra of the West, with a drop of nearly 500 feet.We truly live in an amazing part of the world! Nearly every day of the year you can watch the BASE jumpers from the Perrine bridge, one of the only legal places in the country. You name it, you can do it here. We're only a few hours from Yellowstone National Park and historic Sun Valley is 90 mins north or the famous City of Rocks rock climbing area can be found south of here.About 45 minutes to an hour north of here is Craters of the Moon National Monument for some excellent caving hiking and exploring.We use this area for storing vehicles or riding toys so please be respectful of our homes and the neighbors.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marni’s site! It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stop - potable water, a nice campfire area, and a safe, quiet spot before heading down to Lake Tahoe. The two pygmy goats were adorable, and Tonks the kitty totally stole the show - she’s so friendly and social, and made the whole experience extra fun (and hilarious). Marni was an awesome host - super chill, welcoming, and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

We pulled our 19ft camper right next to the Gorge Edge…..with the Sanke River below. UNBELIVABLE VIEWS.. It is all self contained but well worth it. We made a late reservation through Hipcamp. I messaged Arte and Alexandra and they were quick to respond. They answered all my many questions promptly. We tent camped in their driveway while 2 other rv campers were close by on the same property. The farming next to the property was very loud the next morning…early. I had no problem with the owners or property. I felt safe and comfortable. They have a small orchard on the property with the best green apples!!
I would camp there again.

Dwight is super nice, responsive, and accommodating! Super hard working guy, and fun to talk to.
The sites aren’t exactly what I was expecting, but they are in good working order, other than a 50amp wiring problem that I let Dwight know about. The 30 amp and 120V worked great! A little close together, and the long-term stayers are a little on the rougher side, but everything was quiet at night while I was there on a weekday. They seemed nice and kept to themselves, just are a little rough around the edges.
You will have to share a water spigot (using a Y-connector), which works just fine… but my spigot did not have a Y piece. The spigot was already in use by my neighbor, and so I had to fill up on my way out at the site nearest the end. Dwight said there was supposed to be one there, and all the other spigots did have one. Just check it before you park it :) neither of these power and water uh-oh’s were an immediate issue for me since I run off of my tank 100% of the time and can use any power source. Your mileage may vary. Dwight seemed eager and ready to address and fix either issue immediately if needed.
These are pull through sites - just figure out which indirection you want to pull in from. There is a little dirt path that goes around the backside you can pull around and/or through.
He’s out there working hard to keep improving the place as time, money, and energy allow. Have a visit and be open minded :)
