The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether.

Genuinely one of the most gorgeous properties I've ever seen. Our hosts made absolutely sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. If you can pull yourself away from the gorgeous grounds they have created, the town and shops are great as well. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

We really enjoyed our stay. The camper is the perfect size for two people. We also had our two small dogs. Unfortunately it was really cold when we were there, so we couldn't take full advantage of the amenities (like the hammocks!!). Space heaters were provided in the camper and bathroom and took the chill out of the air. There's also a wood stove in the barn, which we used one night. However, since the barn is open to the outside, the space really doesn't heat up and you have to be sitting directly in front of the stove to warm up. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful space with lots of homey details. Also, the fireplace and fire pit were prepped with kindling and firestarter--making it super convenient to get the fire started.
The bathroom is nice and spacious; I loved the rain showerhead, and the toiletries provided. There's also a nice little kitchen area, including dishes, a small fridge, electric cooktop and a few pots/pans, coffee maker, and even an ice maker.
The string lights outside the camper are pretty bright--it would be nice if they were on a timer or if there was a remote/instructions for turning them off at night. That's really my only complaint.
Kaitlin was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues accessing the property and orienting ourselves.
I'd definitely come back, preferably in a shoulder season when I could take full advantage of hanging out in the barn and hammocks. It's a lovely, magical little spot!

A most magical spot that is both expansive and private! It's hard to believe that it could be even better than it is in the photos, but it is. The barn space is so unique, welcoming and well set up. The trailer bedroom space was comfortable and cozy, even in subzero overnight temperatures. The showerheads and water pressure are great, and we were able to prep food in the generous kitchen space. This is great find for those passing through and for those visiting Atlanta.

Beautiful camp spot close to town! My friend and I just wanted to come in for the night while I was in town to get away. We didn't use the showers or amenities (like the canoes) but wish we'd had more time. The camp area was lovely, the firepit is large & the twinkling lights made it feel magical. Would recommend!
Our only issue was the barking dogs surrounding the property, which Brittany has no control of. We ended up leaving at 2AM because we could not sleep...but I'm extra sensitive to noises so for the average person this may not be a problem.

This was a very calm place. I loved every bit of it. You're well off the beaten path, in a wonderfully good way. It was thoughtfully prepared, and gloriously maintained. Loved the tent camping provided including the appliances available to cook. Great sleeping space in the tent. Only recommendation is if the tent for the toilet is a little bigger. It was quite difficult to utilize due to the tight space. Other than that, I recommend if you need a quick and simple space to get away from the city.

We liked that there were some kid friendly restaurants and a Publix within walking distance! The tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host Jaya was responsive to my emails. Brittany was very responsive and understanding that I needed to check In later than the specified time. The campsite was INCREDIBLE and included a yurt, several grills, a fire ring, an outdoor shower and bathroom and plenty of woods to explore. 10/10 experience. Will be back next year!

We rented Kim's campsite for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. The woods on her property are lovely and private. You feel isolated, even though her property backs up to neighbors. It's super tranquil. We did not spend the night, as we had toddlers and only live 30 minutes away. We did utilize the fire pit and the additional wood Kim gifted us was very appreciated. It had been raining for days (weeks) and the ground was muddy. Kim put down hay for us and it really turned out to be such a fun experience. The grill was basically brand new and there were so many additional amenities (plates, cups, grilling tools, a firestarter bundle).
Even though we didnt sleep there, I could imagine a really fun night time experience. It is well lit and there are extra chairs and lanterns
We loves exploring the woods and walking on the trails. A few weeks later and those bluerberries would be ripe and ready! Thanks for the wonderful time, Kim!

Super cute little place, I really wish I had been staying longer to enjoy the hangout area in the barn. It was decorated so nicely and the bed was quite comfortable.
Only complaint is the camper did not have curtains on all the windows which let a good bit of the lights outside in at night.

This was my first time using HipCamp or any renting platform, I was a little nervous about figuring things out, timing, etc. Leading up to our weekend stay, Kim was ready and willing to answer any questions that I had. Kim & Taylor are so awesome, communicative and super helpful!!!! Their space is beautiful! My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much!! It’s a super cozy and peaceful spot.

Had a great experience at this campsite! There were plenty of opportunities to roast food over the fire and just enjoy hanging out around the campfire, which really made for a cozy, memorable stay. We also made good use of the shower amenities and appreciated the easy access to a portable restroom — both were clean and convenient. The gas grill and generator were huge pluses and made things a lot easier during our stay.
The only thing to note is that there isn’t a lot of lighting around the campsite at night. It’s definitely manageable, but I’d recommend bringing some tiki torches or other lighting sources to make navigating after dark a bit easier. Overall, it was an awesome spot and we’d definitely come back!
