Lizardsniffer is a working horse farm with a variety of rental cabins and RV slips. We DO allow tent camping. Each RV slip has water, septic, 50 amp service and Wifi. An Amenities Cabin is provided for use by all RV site guests. The cabin includes a full-sized washer/dryer, a full bathroom with bidet, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. Guests must sign-up for a 4-hour timeslot. The cabin is available for use between the hours of 8am-8pm. Many of our RV sites feature private fenced paddocks for people bringing their horses or dogs. Horse visitors require all current paperwork (Coggins, etc.). Dog visitors must be social and friendly and thus are allowed to explore the farm with their owners off-leash if desired. The property includes miles of trails for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Bring your own horse or experienced riders may be able to ride one of ours (subject to weight/experience matching with a horse). There is a small private stocked lake open to all guests of Lizardsniffer for fishing and swimming. At the lake you will find an amenities cabin called Glowy Bobber that has a full bathroom and outdoor shower as well as Kayaks and floats for guest use.

This private, fully fenced grassy site (100 m²) sits at the back of our ¾-acre block, facing a peaceful bushland reserve. Access is via a gated driveway behind our shed. There’s space to turn around, but you’ll need to reverse into the site. A separate parking area is available once unhooked. The space suits one caravan or RV, with room for a small tent or swag. Maximum of five guests total. Rates are for one couple; extra adults $15 pp / night, children $10 pp / night. Small pets may be accepted on request — we have free-ranging chickens and two mini dachshunds. Guests must be fully self-contained and take all waste when leaving. Water, power, internet, a brazier, and firewood are included. This is the property drive past wishing you owned. A pond with a little beach perfect for some paddle boarding or kayak. Sounds of nature. We used this a spot on the way to Georgia but wished we had more time to stay. Victor was very nice and he’s done an amazing work to the property making it comfortable with the electric water and sewer hook up. Our dog Rusty was excited to make friends with Victors dog blue and it was so cute seeing them sit outside the camper and play together. We will definitely be marking this as a must stop.

Very nice and quite, lovely creek to enjoy. Full hook up with 36ft camper. They do have a few long term campers. Owners were very easy to get a hold of with questions. Would stay again.
