Peaceful Getaway with Alpacas, Llamas and Donkeys Enjoy a relaxing stay on our peaceful Millen, Georgia alpaca farm, known for beautiful sunsets, open skies, and a true connection to nature. We’ve been raising alpacas for over 18 years and love sharing them with guests. These gentle, fiber-producing animals are full of personality and a joy to watch. Our farm is also home to four very spoiled senior donkeys, including two bonded pairs. Your stay includes a complimentary short alpaca farm tour, where you can meet the animals and learn more about their care. Relax on the covered deck overlooking the pastures, visit the animals, or unwind in the screened gazebo. Our on-site farm store offers alpaca fiber items like socks, scarves, hats, and more. Campsites - 2 full-size gated campsites (eKey access provided) - Located away from the main house and barn for privacy - Picnic table at each site - Space for tents or RVs (no hookups) - Overnight parking available outside the gate for late arrivals Amenities - Bathroom facility (short walk), Shower coming soon - Covered deck + screened gazebo - 2-acre pond next to campsites (fenced for safety) Good to Know This is a working farm—animals, sounds, and nature are part of the experience. Please respect animal areas unless invited during your tour. Come Slow Down - Unplug (although we have wireless connectivity, enjoy the views, and experience life on a working alpaca farm.

Camp #1 - Lake view

RV/tent site · Sleeps 3 · Vehicles under 45 ft
The camp area is far enough way to have privacy but not too far if you needed to walk to the bathroom or shower facility. The lake has a dock, bring a chair and relax and listen to mother nature. Deer frequent the lake but don't have access to the camp site area. Included in your stay is a private tour of our alpaca farm. Magnolia Springs State Park is 7 miles from us, beautiful hiking and bike trails, and the park is never busy. Magnolia Springs State Park is a 1,070-acre Georgia state park located between Perkins and Millen in Jenkins County. The park was built as a project of the Civilian Conservation Corps and opened in 1939. The park is well known for its crystal clear springs that are estimated to flow 7 million US gallons per day. During the Civil War, this site was called Camp Lawton and served as “the world’s largest prison.” Today, little remains of the prison stockade; however, the earthen breastworks which guarded it may still be seen. During 2010, Georgia Southern University archeology teams uncovered the stockade wall and numerous personal articles from soldiers. Their discovery has been heralded as one of the most significant finds in recent history. Artifacts are currently on display at the university and at the Camp Lawton Museum located at Magnolia Springs State Park.
