We are a 10 acre horse farm 15 minutes outside of Athens, GA. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of bucolic Oconee County while being only minutes away from bustling downtown Athens or quaint Watkinsville. Our farm offers water and electric hookups. Our large, dark sky provides the perfect backdrop for stargazing on a clear night. As fellow RVers, (thus the farm name, Openroad) we look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of heaven.

James and Jessica are some of the BEST HOSTS WE HAVE MET OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS!!! Good ol southern hospitality has no limits at Fenn Farms. The property itself is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Our first night here our diesel pusher front tire was leaking air and James was so helpful!!! I absolutely love the creek that runs along the back of the property with all the mini falls and all the farm animals are right there just waiting for a visit! Added BONUS ...the stargazing is phenomenal!! Thank you to the both of you, we are so happy we crossed paths!!! IYou two have gone above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We had a very nice stay here. It’s very quiet, tucked up under some beautiful trees.
Britt is a great guy y’all! Down to earth, easy to talk to, accommodating and funny.
We came in a Class A 40ft, it was a little tight in spots but he’s currently working on that so if we can do it anyone can get in there with ease. We would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful property located in the heart of suburban Atlanta. To be honest, wasn't what I thought thinking this Aaron's land was further out of town? However, to Aaron's credit, he has chosen NOT to develop his gorgeous property and keep it pristine and instead turn it into an RV haven. Coming in from the highway with a large rig, it was a little nerve wracking coming in through town and into his property, but if I can fit ANYONE can fit. Lots of separation from others. Wonderful space.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Palomino site on The Open Road horse farm! The property is gorgeous, well maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery and friendly horses. It felt like a perfect country escape. Dana, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even shared great recommendations for nearby attractions and things to do. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back again!

Beautiful property and clean camp site with power and water.. We came into town for a GA game (go dawgs!) and it was the perfect peaceful getaway for the weekend. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the game (with Athens traffic). Teens loved feeding the goats and seeing all the other animals. Our hosts were gracious and friendly as well. So much better than staying in a crowded, overpriced hotel. We’ll be back!
