We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest. If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping. Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn. The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone. There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping. 1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing. Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds. It is hard with words to describe the beauty of this property, so please check out the pictures. Happy Camping!

Someday I hope to have a property as well maintained and welcoming as this Hipcamp! Until then, I’m saving this spot for future trips. The holiday decorations added such a magical touch to our stay, and I absolutely loved that our dog could roam freely on the fully fenced property. It made our visit feel extra relaxed and special.

We had a great time camping at this preserve. Michael is very responsive and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have. When we arrived he had someone ready to show us how to get to our spot which is secluded so very peaceful change from the busy state parks. The site was clean and had great space and coverage. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again!!

JB Resort is 5 star and two 👍👍. Jamie and Bolton are wonderful hosts with an amazing property they are willing to share. This is a garden retreat with amenities galore including: pool, lily ponds, fire pit, billiards, indoor lounge with comfortable restroom facilities and hot water, private camping sites with electric and water, gated property is impeccably clean,, quiet, convenient, and restful. Best Hipcamp by far we have stay in over the past year. Nancy and I will definitely come back when in the Sebring area. This is a working farm and venue with great spots to car camp. The preserve on the property is a beautiful old oak hammock to explore. We saw gators, otters, heard coyotes in the distance. Fun spot to unwind for a weekend.

Martin's place was great, I really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the pool! The fire pit was perfect, Martin and I had some nice chats by the fire every night! The area was very quiet and peaceful, and Martin was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. Nice shady spot for my van. And, his dog, Lady, was very friendly, and she is very opinionated on the local squirrel population! Overall, I highly recommend Martin's place, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and I will definitely stay here again!

I loved every second of my time at St Lucie Farm Preserve! Michael was a gracious host, and the location was perfect ( I could hear some highway noise but it was nothing). This is the best experience if you want quiet, some trails to walk through, and beautiful scenery. I’ll definitely be returning.

Weekend Trip to Paradise Found

This was a paradise for my dog! It was the best vacation he ever had! Fenced in yard with a doggie pool and a play mate, Lady, the hosts dog. The accommodations were great the pool was a huge comfort during the hot weather and although I’m not a clothing optional participant I was not uncomfortable and it was all very respectful and I was not self conscious, the location is beautiful. The flowers and yard are perfect. I’ll be back!

I really loved staying on Scott’s property. Super quiet. Very peaceful. The family was also very sweet when we saw them. It was very nicely taken care of and accommodated all that we needed. My little puppy and I stayed for 4 nights and days. Marty and Wendy are the kindest people I have ever met, I wish I could have stayed forever! We will definitely be going back. Their property is beautiful. The plants, trees, flowers, butterflies, everything was beautiful. My dog made fast friends with their dog, Lady, and they definitely need to see eachother again as well. Their large fenced yard was absolutely paradise for my dog as we don't have a fence at home. This is top-tier glamping in my opinion. Yes, you need to walk across the yard to use the toilet in the modern outhouse, but it is so cute and sure beats using a bucket in the woods! There are lights on all night, so you don't need a lamp or flashlight to wander around after dark. The outside shower and pool are everything, especially if you're lucky enough to be taking a shower while a lovely sun shower goes by. The 2 huge, beautiful oak tree canopies over the pool is to die for, as well as the sunsets and sunrise around the tree tops. I have never experienced the nudist way of life and I could not imagine a better way to try it out than with Marty and Wendy on their lovely land, Paradise Found. There is so much beauty to be found there, mentally, physically, spiritually. Freedom of self here is unbeatable. Absolutely amazing. I will never forget my adventure here! ... and can't wait to do another trip!
