Brand New Very Unique Gulf Coast Stilt Home On 26 Acres surrounding by nature with no neighbors, except occasional raccoon walking by. Covered (sunshade) private rv parking with 8’x16’ RV wood deck for relaxing around propane firepit. This is a very peaceful and private location with nature on all sides. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets from two upper decks of stilt home. Gulf view from upper deck. Enjoy your own private shaded deck under the house with an outdoor BBQ kitchen, bar, seating, lounging, and hammock. Plenty of extra parking for your car, boat, or golf cart. The property has a private boat/kayak dock set upon the mangroves in a peaceful shallow waterway behind the house which leads to the Gulf. A kayak and canoe are on property for use as well as bicycles. Many locals have said the fishing is excellent where the dock is located. This wrap around deck has incredible views of the gulf with heavenly sunsets and sunrises. Well behaved dogs and pets are more than welcome and their well behaved owners are also allowed to stay. A relaxing city park is 100 yards from the house for fishing and easy kayak launch. Beach island is an easy paddle distance away. Terrific restaurants, shopping (Super Walmart), and entertainment is less than a mile away. Four month minimum seasonal rental required. Yearly term monthly lease available at discounted rate. Welcome to Tranquil Oaks near the Gulf Coast! Secluded camping only 5 minutes from Lake Manatee State Park. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, s'mores by the fire pit, and experience a slice of old Florida charm while being only 10 minutes from I-75 and 40 minutes from the world-renowned white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Your site includes a large concrete patio with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. This secluded RV/tent campsite offers electric and you can fill up your water tank with our hose. The site is located next to our cattle ranch, and you will likely see our sweet herd of cows grazing in a nearby pasture (some of the friendly ones may come up to the fence to say hi). This offers you privacy while still being close to I-75 and all the modern conveniences (Publix supermarket is 1 mile away). We are third generation cattle ranchers here in beautiful Bradenton, Florida, and on our property you'll find many species of palm trees and tropical plants. Mornings are filled with birdsong, and you may see Sandhill Cranes, Ospreys, White Ibis, or even a Roseate Spoonbill -- and of course the rabbits, lizards and monarch butterflies that also enjoy this special little slice of paradise. We live in the house next door to the campsite, and you'll likely see Ryan around the property working during your stay. Our ranch offers you a chance to relax and reconnect with nature, while only being minutes from restaurants and convenience stores; 15 minutes from University Town Center, 15 minutes from Ellenton Outlets, and 30 minutes to downtown Sarasota.

6 nights at Peace and Harmony with a Gulf View

Amazing property! This type of old costal Florida is becoming difficult to experience specifically in the area of the site. Wonderfully wildlife viewing, birds of all types especially sea/costal birds. Kayaking and fishing are world class as good as it gets anywhere along the gulf. The host is super nice and easy going. We enjoyed spending time and talking with him. You will not see many sites like this.

6 nights at Peace and Harmony with a Gulf View

We were honored to be Foster’s first guests. He was an interesting and charming host. The camping site is next to his house, which is on stilts and he allows guests to use the second floor, which has great views across the marshes. The property itself is very isolated and peaceful. There is a waterfront park to launch kayaks about a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time here. The property itself is a work in progress so there is some work to be done, but you don’t see it when you are looking out over the marshes. There is a Walmart and other shops a few mins away. We would recommend and will be back soon
