Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes. You select the space you where you wish to set up camp. The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access. Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly! We can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers. Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Land is flat and has fire pit spaces and BBQ grills. Outdoor shower was appreciated even though we didn’t use it & it was great to have the port-o-potty on site. The best part was getting to see the animals!"

We just finished (well 2 years ago) traveling the country in an RV with five of our 7 kids (oldest two were in college) and we had a terrible time finding places to stay in Saint Augustine when we came home to visit. Things to do: The property is near the historic St. Augustine, a fun walkable/bikeable city, lots of state parks and of course an awesome beach! The goal of our research project is to establish whether olives could be a profitable crop for the State of Florida. Our research is headed by Reinaldo Valdes, PHD and with the collaboration of Olive growers from Andalucia, Spain. We have 2 varieties from Greece: Koroneiki and Kalamata, 2 varieties from Italy: Taggianca and Ascolana, and 4 varieties from Spain: Picuale, Manzanilla, Arbozana and Arbequina. We are hoping to have our first harvest in 3 to 5 years, until then, we are importing olive oil, representing some of the best olive oils in the world, and educating the consumers about the great qualities and properties of cooking and enjoying the best, heathiest oil in the world, as well as olives. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. A fully grown olive tree can absorb 4.5 tons of carbon dioxide per year, according to the International Olive Council ( you do the math, especially when we are very close to one of the few coal burning power plants still in operation in our country) We are also a bird sanctuary, you will see a vast variety of birds, it’s an amazing show, we have different bird at all seasons, ducks migrating south for the winter as well as when they are heading back north, quite a sight to see, hawks, cardinals and cranes and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, come visit with us. The property sits on 50 acres with natural beauty. This is a great location to relax and unwind from your busy stressful life. We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country.

Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes. You select the space you where you wish to set up camp. The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access. Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly! We can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers. Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. A fully grown olive tree can absorb 4.5 tons of carbon dioxide per year, according to the International Olive Council ( you do the math, especially when we are very close to one of the few coal burning power plants still in operation in our country) We are also a bird sanctuary, you will see a vast variety of birds, it’s an amazing show, we have different bird at all seasons, ducks migrating south for the winter as well as when they are heading back north, quite a sight to see, hawks, cardinals and cranes and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, come visit with us. The property sits on 50 acres with natural beauty. This is a great location to relax and unwind from your busy stressful life. We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. I highly recommend celestial acres. I’ve been staying on the Venus site and I loved it so much. I booked a couple extra days.. Jen is absolutely a phenomenal host and her farm is absolutely beautiful. She’s very friendly and gives great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It’s very close to Saint Augustine,, yet you feel like you’re far away from the city! My dog and I loved meeting the animals as well, especially Hickory, the horse!

Gayle’s horse farm is beautiful, clean, and safe . The property is spacious, secluded and gated. The amenities are: A very clean port potty that is cleaned very often and an outdoor shower that provides starry skies and hot water Gayle is very hands off, and respects privacy. I have been to quite a few places where the host could be a bit intrusive. It’s surrounded by swamp lands, where you can gaze at heals, eagles and owls as well as the occasional critter. About 15 minutes away from beach, casino, shopping and restaurants galore, yet tucked away from it all, in case you want to unwind . I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and solitude with beautiful surroundings and safe environment Rudy D

The monarch farm was everything that Rick described it to be and so much more! The sites are huge. We easily fit three tents and had plenty of room left over. The large pond is absolutely beautiful. We fished every day and finally caught some elusive large mouth bass and one huge tilapia. My grandchildren fished from Sun up till sundown. The bath facilities were exactly as described and very comfortable to use. The property was very quiet with only an occasional sound of a truck and of course, our early morning wake up with the rooster. Our two dogs loved, running around and being free. I don’t know if there can be a better host than Rick! He checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved talking to him. This location is only 25 minutes from Gainesville yet very secluded. I think my only recommendation would be to put a different lock on the front gate, perhaps one with a combination but that’s it. I wouldn’t change a single thing. I truly loved being with my family in this location. This is definitely a five star location.

Great Stay…. Host is awesome with communications. When I arrived, Jen came out to greet me. She shared some of the places in town to eat and things to do. Finding the place was very easy, although I encourage you to come in while the sun is up…. It gets really dark. The sky is wonderfully dark at night. I thought I saw shooting stars, but based on the news it was a Chinese rocket falling…. Regardless, the dark skies made the star gazing extraordinary. The place is about 20 minutes from St. Augustine, which was perfect for me. The Venus camping spot is very close to the road, but there was no traffic to speak of all night on that road. The Venus camping spot could hold my 20 foot truck, but I wouldn’t try fitting in a rig any bigger. The animals are all friendly and Jen encouraged me to pet them. She did share to pet the pigs on the top of their heads, least the pigs think I am giving them some food. 😊 Besides the chickens, there were lots of birds, including some miniature hummingbirds, that visited. I will absolutely be back! Great place, great host.

Rick’s land was great to camp on! The site is directly in front of a small pond. It has beautiful shade trees and is so quiet. It is across the pond from the bathroom/shower, but not a long walk. Rick himself was a pleasure to work with. He is very helpful (especially with lost phones in weird places 😬😅) and communicates in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his land for camping!

We thoroughly enjoyed Rick’s camp. It is some of the easiest camping we’ve done and the property is beautiful. The bathhouse is glorious and sites were perfectly positioned for our group. Plenty of room to spread out. The fishing and view of the pond was relaxing and fun. Nice shade, breeze, and sunny spots perfect for hanging out and napping. We will be coming back. Rick is a great and knowledgeable host who was very helpful, friendly, and clearly takes pride in caring for this super nice property.

This was all around an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rick, the host, is a great human being. He was waiting for us at the site, willing and available to help out in whatever thing we could need. He went the extra 2 miles for us to feel at home, and we did. The site is beautiful, clean, peaceful, quiet and full of nature everywhere, including a pond where you can fish and then cook your own caught meal (and a boat to ride too). The bathroom, the showers, and the place in general is fantastic. The kids had an amazing time all around. You have stores 5-10 minutes away and you can get whatever you need. The place felt very safe and the experience was way more than we expected. We made a friend for life and found our camping spot for years to come! We are already planning our next trip. You will not regret coming to Monarch Manor Farm. 10 out of 5 stars!
