It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life. We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).
Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.
We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) We have one back in site on gravel by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest.
If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

This was a perfect place to park our camper while going on a cruise. Having electric available meant not having to empty the refrigerator (yea!). The spot is very secure, next to the host's house in a fenced in yard. It's on a level paved driveway, easy to back into. The host, Scott was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes and kayaks as well. It's easy to get to and not far from Port Canaveral. Also very affordable. We would definitely store our camper (27 ft class C) there again.

As we travel full time we have stayed at quite a few different hip camps. This is one of the best ones yet. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our site. There is so much room that even if anyone else was there you’d still have room to spare. It’s super quiet and close enough to everything we will definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Camped with a small 5th wheel, site 420. It was absolutely lovely. We were visiting our son’s family and had our granchildren to camp one day as well. Tanya and Wes were great in making sure we got there and situated. They had a lot of amenities including fire rings and wood. The sounds of the animals at night over the pond was really nice as well. We had 3 dogs with us and put up our fence for camp with no problems. The plants and quaint yard art was very enjoyable.

The Solar Dome is an oasis of refuge. My husband Anthony, Kitty Pio and myself found this diamond in the ruff nestled deep in the forest surrounded by nature. Our Host Robert is an avid outdoorsman who can guide you through the off grid camping process. He is conveniently located onsite. The location whilst deep in the forest is only a short drive back to civilization. From my Buddhist prospective, it is everything that I needed at the current moment for clarity and peace of mind to heal body and soul. The owner of the premises, Barry is in tune with the flow of nature. He has had some amazing travels that make for fantastic camp fire stories. He has written a book "Confessions of a Wild Chaga Hunter". It has been our honor to get to know them.

The path opens to a stunning piece of land that is laced with all sorts of vegitation emaculatly manicured. Each spot has more than enough space so that you have plenty of privacy to relax and unwind. Our host Robert, who is conveniently located on the property, communicated every step of the way ... He is an avid outdoorsman & can assist with any questions or concerns that you have. My husband Anthony, Kitty Pio and myself have found Solar Dome a place of refuge when peace from the outside world was needed most.
