This is a perfect get away. Fish, paddleboard, kayak or swim right behind the house. Lisa is an awesome host. She is very responsive to questions and has lots small useful accessories for the trip. The best thing about this area is there is a Mermaid trail to find lots of beautiful Mermaids. Thanks Lisa!!

Mark and Naree are excellent hosts. Their place is well thought out and cared for. They are very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how quick they are to respond. I had a last minute change in plans and needed somewhere to stay. They answered my inquiry quickly and I was able to come on over, and book the camper. I felt at ease there and safe. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again.

Host was great and very hospitable. The RV is great, wife and I stayed there 3 nights and our kids joined us for the 4th. Better for couples than whole families but it can work for a night or two. Host was quick to provide anything we needed, if we come back to FL might stay here again, easy access to lots of restaurants and other attractions in the area.

Absolutely LOVED my six day stay at Touch of Heaven! Crystal and her family have done an amazing job with their beautiful, little homestead. My Dog, Sweetie, and I loved visiting the goats, Pigs (who had 4 piglets), chickens and Guinea fowl. What beauty and peace! I plan to come back in the Fall or Winter. FYI. The little RV was so clean and comfy, too.

This is a very peaceful place to visit! Crystal is very welcoming, I was allowed to pet the baby goat that she brought with her to say hi :)) The camper is very cozy, surrounded by chickens, guinea fowl, by goats and pigs. You can have a campfire in the vicinity or to use the little grill that's available to use. There is a large tree by the camper and a picnic table underneath it where you can hide from the Florida sun. If you need to get away from civilization for a bit, this is the place to be! :-)

Cute, clean, comfy little camper overlooking a small pasture of goats. Host is very friendly and offers a few meals, treats and farm products for purchase and a pamphlet of activities in the area. I thought that was a nice extra touch to the stay. Overall it was nice relaxing lodging for my wife's birthday weekend kayaking Rainbow River together.

I chose this place because of all the amazing reviews, and I’m happy to say they were spot on! Crystal was incredibly welcoming and sweet upon our arrival, she provided a helpful guide with local places to visit as well as a list of farm fresh products available to purchase. The trailer was super clean, and thoughtfully prepared ensuring a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn’t have much time to fully experience all the farm had to offer we truly appreciated the peaceful setting and outstanding hospitality. You’ll love this farm, if you’re thinking about staying here do it! You won’t be disappointed.

The camper is extremely conveniently located in Dunnellon. It’s not far from Blue Run, KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park. It is also less than 10 minutes from Ross Prairie State Forest if you’re looking for some good hiking on the Florida Trail. I arrived too late to visit the farm (I really wanted to see the animals), but Crystal and I spoke over the phone and she texted me instructions and photos of how to find and enter the property. She was a very helpful and accommodating host. I only stayed one night since I was in town to hike, but the property was spacious and quiet. It offered a beautiful view of the night sky and stars. The camper was plenty comfortable for a single adult and would still be great for two. I think a family would want something bigger since the two bunk beds have a maximum of 100lbs each.

Had a lovely experience at the touch of heaven tv! I went for a solo trip to see the manatees and it was a very peaceful home base. Fantastic host with a lot of support for someone who hadn’t stayed in an RV before. Towels provided with lots of available add ons and very cute goats outside! I would definitely recommend.

Welcome to Smokey Acres! This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there. Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees. Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando. A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing! The creek flows into Lake Ocklawaha which just so happens to be one of the best bass fishing lakes in the USA. In fact, ten-pound bass are not uncommon from the Lake Ocklawaha River in the winter. Recently (2020), a 17.2-pound bass was caught there. The combined Ocklawaha and St. Johns drainage basin is possibly the most significant river-estuary waterway of Florida. This water system is of legendary reputation among anglers of largemouth bass who seek 10 pound plus trophy fish. Conveniently located between Ocala and Gainesville in the heart of Orange Springs, Florida, Camp Seminole Spring is perfectly located for the traveler who wants to really connect with nature. It appears to be ‘off the beaten path’, yet it is close enough to civilization so that even the most seasoned camper can make a quick run to store should he or she need something not found in nature. Camp Seminole Spring is mid-way (approx.. 22 miles) between Ocala and Gainesville, Florida, which are two thriving cities in this area of Florida. Ocala, the ‘horse capital of the world’ showcases a brand new multi-billion-dollar equestrian center which draws people from all over the world. On site is our own Bistro Barn fully furnished with a refrigerator, gas grill, charcoal grill, silverware and all the pots and pans you may be looking for. It's a great little hang out area with bluetooth speaker setup. Outside you will find a firepit as well as a charcoal grill, a table for eating, a hammock, and a swing chair. The outside shower house is on the primitive side and made for the adventure type. It is equipped with a portable toilet and shower under the stars. It is hooked up with instant hot water. During the day, paddle your way to the beautiful Three Sisters Springs for a swim. You may see some manatee or dolphins on your way there. Hunter Springs is a great little park with a beach area for swimming and kayak rentals too. There are also several Diving with the Manatee tours available. One we suggest in town is Fun2Dive. These are all only a short drive away. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, kayaking, pontooning just five minutes away, or just relaxing back at camp fireside. Heritage Village is in town filled with many hometown eateries and shoppes. It's a great way to spend the afternoon and explore downtown Crystal River. We have a variety of great one-of-a-kind eateries with many special events and festivals throughout the year. Conveniently located at the end of the street is a Publix, DG, a Mexican restaurant, and Beef O'Brady's. We also have brochures on all kinds of other great places you'll want to experience while staying in beautiful Crystal River! Oh, and don't forget to stop by Grandma's gift shop before you leave.
