Carport as a common area with table and chairs, flat top griddle/ smoker/ fridge/freezer for sunrise breakfast, and sun shades to keep the rays away on hot days! Black water dump service is available down the road at the koa for a fee. We have a floating dock to make kayaking and paddle boarding easy down our canal into infamous pine island sound! Pool and boat launch available, as well as a spot to dock your boat! Screened lanai as a common area. Bikes available to use. Please check with us to be sure your RV will fit! We are doing some improvements after Hurrican Ian ravished us, so keep in mind some construction will be ongoing! We always have time for a boat ride though!

Post Ian we have built a new chicken coop and are proud to say our hens are laying fresh eggs again for our hipcampers to collect and enjoy!
