Right by a river, and a road but it was not noisy for us in a camper van. Porta potty on site. General store down the road but does not open until 9am in September so we didn’t get to go. Scenic drive leading up to the site. We had no cell service so prepare ahead of time!

I loved camping on this site with some friends! We had 10 total people and it was the perfect size for our group. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from Lake Estes. The picnic table, trash receptacle, and port a potty made our load light for our one night of camping. Heidi was responsive and detailed, and has a great spot with the river. As far as noise, we only heard a few cars pass by when in our tents that weren’t a real bother, but the sound of the water was peaceful to fall asleep to. Listen to the cinnamon bun advice! We wanted more than 6 buns so we had to order the day before (definitely do!). We enjoyed being right by town to walk to grab any last minute needs. Next time I would love to dine at the bed & breakfast in town for dinner. Overall, Heidi was a superhost for us!

The place was very clean, and tidy, everything you could need for a few days away was provided, the wildlife was abundant and the jacuzzi was decent. There's wifi and TV but we never turned it on because we were just loving the chill vibes of the trails, and private deck. We loved our stay in the Ever After, we saw wild turkeys, bats, elk, and more. The bed was comfy and the fans provided were a nice touch. The only downsides were the long black hairs stuck to the towels and shower curtains- I have short blonde hair, the slightly loud drunken neighbors in the next cabin over, and the broken tiles on the floor- you should wear slippers to be safe. Overall a great little getaway for us!

Fantastic spot. Heads up, GPS took me to the wrong spot about 300 ft down the road. So just a warning. Not at all the fault of the owner obviously. Cute cabin, outstanding animal activity going on from.bays, to flying turkeys roosting, all kinds of fun. Everything clean and we did our best to leave it clean too. Great communication. All around. Love this spot and we'll be back fur sure.

Olliander’s space was perfect for a quiet, peaceful weekend tent camping spot. They were very easy to communicate with, greeted me upon arrival, and lovely to chat with. The space is well shaded and also has a large open clearing, has parking within 100’ of where I set up my tent, and is within 10 minutes of downtown Nederland and TONS of hiking trails. I would highly recommend a stay at Olliander’s (and the fresh eggs from their chickens).

The site was beautiful! Lots of space, a huge fire pit and lots of seating, two grill options, and a little creek running behind it. We spent a lot of time at Horsetooth reservoir, only 20 minutes away. Only downside was no running water and the bathroom is just an outhouse with lots of spiders, so come prepared!

The overall vibe, bubbling creek and proximity to both Rocky Mtn NP and Estes Park were fantastic. We loved our stay and recommend without hesitation for those with campers, as we had. We had no trouble with noise or traffic over a Fri-Mon stay during the very busy July/Aug season. Loved being able to walk to the General Store and the cinnamon rolls are worth the hype.

We have a BRAND NEW barrel sauna, hot tub, grills, seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), meeting space, outdoor beer garden, bathrooms and showers for campers and a wonderful trail to Betasso Preserve right from your campsite. The Fourmile Creek runs through our property along our large lawn area. Great views and you might see bear, deer, elk, moose, foxes, or even a mountain lion! Walk-in sites are just a short hike, about 100 feet, on an unmanicured trail to our platforms. We provide the platform for your tent as well as access to all of our lodge's amenities; front desk, lobby, bar & beer garden, fire pits, grills, bathrooms, shower, outdoor common areas, free wifi, etc. A-Lodge has a 7-day non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, 50% of the total is non-refundable. Our guests love us too! We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out. We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!! We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter). - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. I just built a new filter!! It’s a saving grace in the summertime. - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a community gas grill - please donate to the propane fund. Please help yourself to eggs up at the coop - look for the Venmo QR and WATCH OUT FOR THE ROOSTER! The chickens free range during the day, so please MIND YOUR DOG.
