The camping spot at Lauren’s place was beautiful and had a nice prairie dog welcoming committee. I got to see a nice sunset and sunrise. She was very good with her communication and the extension cord that she provided was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m driving through Colorado.

Great if your'e in a self contained rig. No hook ups or amenities, but very cheap, flat, and close to the mountains. Very quiet, lots of prairie dogs and rabbits. Ground did get a little muddy after 2 days straight of rain, but wasn't as bad as it could have been. Communication was pretty minimal, which is no problem for me. Host gave me a dozen eggs i assume they farmed. They had a spigot and a dumpster, but no electric plugins or sewer.

We loved 30 amp lights out. The spot was very nice and level which made set up easy. Allowing us way more time to enjoy the space. Michelle is a 10 out of 10, she knew all the local cheat codes and had a lot of valuable insights for the next leg of our trip. We will definitely save this as a favorite.

We were unable to stay at the ranch due to the weather and us not wanting our tent to be wet. We were able to pick up our farm fresh eggs and Martin was great communicating with us. We were disappointed the weather changed our plans.

Good place to overnight and see the sights near Fort Collins. Plenty of space for any size rig. You park in an open field with prairie dogs nearby. Not great for sitting around all day, but good, quiet place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very accomdating and made sure we had what we needed.

Great location. Lot is fairly level. Michelle is an awesome host. Very helpful and accommodating. I had truck issues on arrival and Michelle offered local mechanic shop. Lights out is a definite recommendation for anyone in my opinion. We will return in the future.

A beautiful great place to stay with an amazing, very warm, and kind hostess. Spots are mowed joined with a well thought lay out creating an open space feel. My spot had a 30amp plug in. Less than 4 miles away from CFD. Zero issues. I highly recommend whether your stay be just for one night or an extended trip.

Great spot and Martin and his family were very welcoming and hospitable. Our 3 year old loved visiting with the horse and donkeys and helping feed the chickens and goats everyday. ATT cell signal isn’t good in this general area and wifi from barn was tough to stay connected to while in the camper but it was also nice to disconnect for a bit.

Arrived late and left at dawn on a road trip from OR to FL with my collie and our minivan. We were tired and just needed a safe quiet place to crash. The pasture was lovely and the host was responsive, kind, and accommodating of our short notice and ever-changing ETA. Would definitely recommend especially at the unbeatable price and convenient location!
