This cabin is very unique and off grid! Sleeping for up 8 guest. It recently had solar electricity installed, outhouse, outdoor shower unit with hot water, (outdoor shower not available in winter moths) and WiFi! Wood burner and propane heating options.
These cabins are very different in their own ways, they run on solar, but we do have a back up generator for emergency use! All our cabins have electricity! Generator will run 3 times a day in high power demand or low sunlight conditions to ensure there is always power and access to utilities.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! We came with my toddler and dog and they both enjoyed playing outside during the day and stayed cozy and warm in the tent during the chilly night. The site was well supplied and conveniently set up and Marsha was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The land is beautiful and the leaves were starting to turn golden. It was so secluded and peaceful; the stars were unbelievable and we could hear coyotes at night and it was so quiet we could hear the flapping of bird wings during the day. I would love to come back and stay here again another time.

This was my first time car camping and it should be called “GLAMPING” because of all of the extra amenities! We loved the gas fire pit and string lights at our site. Having electricity and water at the site helped us stay warm in the car, as we plugged in 2 heated throws. Both Belinda and Todd greeted us separately and provided us with helpful information. We loved interacting with the farm animals, especially the Jacob Sheep and turkeys! The bathhouse was very clean. The shower was especially modern and nice to have during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had the absolute best time at the canvas tents! The animals were the highlight of our stay, the walk to the river was amazing as well. While we were there, a momma cow actually had her baby, which was such a special and unforgettable experience. The setting is peaceful, the tents are cozy, and you really feel connected to nature. Todd and Belinda are truly wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a touch of magic, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

No Frills in the Cottonwoods was the perfect mix of remote and convenient. You can see the adorable highland cows, from the site and it’s also a short walk to the bathroom. Belinda introduced us to some animals and gave east instructions for exploring the ranch on foot. We walked down to the river for amazing views! Will definitely return.

This was the best camping experience I’ve ever had! My daughter called me and told me about this place and we immediately booked it. Imagine you’re at 10,000 feet on 160 acres on the most beautiful countryside in Colorado and you’re only ones there! 1 campsite, all to yourself with all the amenities you could possibly hope for! Mike and Marsha have thought about everything, we will be back here year after year and make sure we stay more than just 2 nights! If there’s any question in your mind about booking here, just do it!! You come back and refer this place to your friends, that’s how good it is!

The best views, thank you so much! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying your space. We brought out 18ft rpod and was such an easy set up. Can’t get over the views, sunrise and sunsets! Spectacular! Loved also being around tress, we loved walking our dogs around the property. They had a great time, we will be back!

I recently spent an evening in the "No Frills" camping spot at the ranch with my 7 year-old son, and we had a sweet time. The natural setting, with beautiful woods bordering on pastures on a working ranch was beautiful. The property is clean, the camp spots are well spaced apart, and the bathroom facilities were nice & clean. Access to trails and river made for fun adventures. We'd definitely stay again.
