We have a 100+ acre working ranch with access to the Arkansas river for fishing, kayaking or just dipping your feet in. We have great views of the Collegiate Peaks 14ers and the Harvard trail is just up the hill. Frenchman's creek runs through the ranch which has hay fields, aspens, cottonwoods, pinons, cows, chickens, sheep and pigs. Deer, elk, coyotes and bobcats also wander through. We do have neighbors, but the property is pretty well tucked away. You may see the occasional vehicle or hiker on the road or hear someone doing some yard work, but it is generally very quiet and secluded at the yurt.
Our neighbors have chosen to live in Marble for its privacy and tranquillity. Please show them respect by keeping the noise down and leaving them be.

Winter camping experience/equipment and a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle with severe snow-rated tires and chains may be required to access the yurt Oct-April. Great spot very high up on the mtn so you get really good views from the campsite. Very secluded from other campsites. Very rocky though so be sure to bring sleeping pads if you decide to tent camp. We had a great time up there.

I had a nice stay with my dog at the end of September. The view is as nice as everyone says. The site is big with an outdoor fire pit, but i didn't use. You are at 11k feet and will feel it hiking and chopping wood for kindling. That was fun with a heavy axe. The portable toilet is interesting. still not sure how I feel about it. Temps were down to 35 night but was fine inside with the wood stove. The road up is pretty rough, but I made it fine in a Tesla 3. Just go slow.

Loved the set up of this well built cabin. Wood stove was a nice feature and kept it nice and toasty inside even with freezing temps.
Seclusive and convenient to hiking Mount Bross and even Mounts Lincoln, Cameron and Democrat. Saw a moose and several deer in the open area in front of the cabin which was a highlight.

We had a great weekend at this site! It's right on the river, and given the time of year (mid-September) the water level was down a bit and there were no rafters going by so the site was very private. There were a few fly fisherman, but that was it. Despite the light up on the hill that other's have noted (I think it's on an adjoining property) we thought the stars were pretty wonderful. My daughter and I commented that it was probably our favorite campsite we have been to on our annual camping trip. I would highly recommend. Some things to note: 1) While the owner's should probably pony up and provide a picnic table at the site (it would really improve the site), we brought a small folding table that worked out perfectly. 2) You have to load your equipment down a fairly steep wooden ramp so be prepared.

Amazing campsite! It is tucked into its own little corner, so you are secluded from all the other campers. Very clean and cool site! Right off of the Arkansas river, so you fall asleep to the sound of water. There is an outhouse just a short walk away that was very clean as well.

This was my first time car camping and it should be called “GLAMPING” because of all of the extra amenities! We loved the gas fire pit and string lights at our site. Having electricity and water at the site helped us stay warm in the car, as we plugged in 2 heated throws. Both Belinda and Todd greeted us separately and provided us with helpful information. We loved interacting with the farm animals, especially the Jacob Sheep and turkeys! The bathhouse was very clean. The shower was especially modern and nice to have during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had the absolute best time at the canvas tents! The animals were the highlight of our stay, the walk to the river was amazing as well. While we were there, a momma cow actually had her baby, which was such a special and unforgettable experience. The setting is peaceful, the tents are cozy, and you really feel connected to nature. Todd and Belinda are truly wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a touch of magic, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

This is one of our favorite places to glamp. It’s nice to not have to pack dishes, cookware, etc. There’s a great setup to cook. Sway in the hammocks after breakfast. The beds inside the teepees are so comfy. The host is incredibly kind.

No Frills in the Cottonwoods was the perfect mix of remote and convenient. You can see the adorable highland cows, from the site and it’s also a short walk to the bathroom. Belinda introduced us to some animals and gave east instructions for exploring the ranch on foot. We walked down to the river for amazing views! Will definitely return.
