The closest town for gas and food is Pahrump which is about 20 minutes away. My place is perfect if you want to get away from the city for a little bit, or if you are traveling the country in your RV, trailer, or tent. My place is very unique if you are looking for a different place to stay other than an RV park. Good vibes only. :) Learn more about this land: I am located one hour away from Death Valley National Park and twenty minutes from Ash Meadows Wildlife Refuge and Devil's Hole. Quiet and well fenced in secluded part of town just an hour from Vegas with beautiful view of the stars. We even had a small grill in addition to the camp fire hit. The path to the bathroom was a bit far but well lit. The hot water was the main reason we picked this spot. We would totally come here again if we have the chance.

I enjoyed the dome campsite and its secluded location very much. I'm a podcaster and I recorded my journey through Lovell Canyon and my experience at the dome for my show. I plan to use the dome again but on my next visit I will be bringing my fellow podcast hosts. Irma and Carlos were great hosts. They have a bathroom available with water for washing. One site even has power (which we didn’t need). Sunsets were incredible! Sites level and spacious. We had fun visiting their goats and chickens. We explored all around and it was great to have a home base.

This campsite was perfect for a stop in our trip with a little more amenities after a few nights of primitive camping. We really appreciated Irma checking in with us when we arrived and her husband came out to greet us and turn off the barn light as well as offer us water and electricity. We also loved having the bathroom and hot shower. Overall a cute little stop surrounded by nature and beautiful mountains.

This was a last min booking for a quick overnight to regear and power up devices. The property and site as well as communication with the hosts was super easy. Carlos was on site to help with anything I needed. The property was close to town but private and on a quiet street. I loved the sound of the working rescue farm. The shower and bathroom were really clean and the water was hot. This is my new favorite spot in Nevada.

Brandon was super friendly and welcoming! The site was nice, hookups were easy. Very clean & well kept. Great signage and decorated really nicely & so fun- you can tell they take pride in it. Remote but easy to get to. They are just waiting for their license so they can sell their wine. Would definitely stay again - even bought the T-shirts.

Weekend Trip to Mojave Desert Ranch

What an incredible experience! My husband, fur baby, and I had such a fun time visiting all the animals on the property❤️ Elvis the donkey was definitely a highlight of the trip. Like a giant puppy!🥰 The random visits all through the day and night by the friendly farm dogs and a nice hot outdoor shower under the beautiful stars were the cherry on top. 10/10 experience

Weekend Trip to Mojave Desert Ranch

The Ac is perfect and hits as soon as you walk in, the bed area was warm during the day but with the fan on and the cooling down on the evening it was comfy at night as well. We were pleasantly surprised to see a toilet and a shower since we hadn't seen them in the pics. It's a dreamy tiny home with everything you could need. Even some board games and checkers. Loved the cute little radio which I enjoyed while cleaning the pots and pans. We made breakfast in the firepit and smores at night. The night sky was clear that you could see the milky way! We fell in love with Sandy Valley Ranch a second time. So serene and beautiful. The dogs are so well behaved and we love all the animals. Glad to celebrate a birthday there and already looking into staying again.

Wonderful place. It is very secluded and you have everything you need. They have gone above and beyond with the look and feel. You will have everything you need. I was in my own van but I walked around and could tell that they pay attention to detail and their accommodations are perfect. You have to use the outdoor shower.
