Bowens Ranch is absolutely beautiful. Tent camping spaces are thoughtfully laid out with opportunities for privacy and beautiful views.
There is plenty of wildlife from horses to kangaroo mice. The entire campsite is well maintained and there was a REAL porcelain throne in the toilet facility. I was too tired after hiking to the hot springs and back to make it to the recreation tent, but it sounded like everyone was having a great time. We will definitely be back, hopefully when its a bit warmer. 😉
Getting to the ranch was easier than expected and the staff was very sweet and kind. Thank you everyone who answered all my questions! See you again soon!

My partner and I have camped here twice now and we love it, hospitable staff, open area for camping with a table and bonfire area as well. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises and lighting around the area. They just added glamping areas to rent with other amenities like shower, pool table and more! We will definitely be returning in the near future!

We had a great stay at the Sarahi’s land. The location is perfect. It is close to so many fun activities. Walking around doing hiking. But is also quiet and private in the clothes optional and the campground was awesome experience. Sara was a wonderful host. I would absolutely book again. See you soon .

High desert camping is always a little rough and dusty, but that’s part of the charm. The real highlight, without a doubt, was the hot springs. Truly nature’s perfect creation—exactly what comes to mind when you imagine a hot spring.
It had everything: deep and clean water, hot and cool pockets, shallow areas to relax. Just incredible.
Getting there (and back) wasn’t easy, but absolutely worth it. Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and an open mind—yes, there are naked people.

Great experience that I will return soon. At night the road was a little rocky but the host came out friendly to great and check in. Hot springs were amazing as well as the campsite with the great outdoor amenities. Bathrooms are a bit far but are clean and well kept. Campground offer many great activities that you should find out on your own curiosity.

It was a last minute find, the instructions to Bowen Ranch were helpful as it’s a winding drive from town. Got to meet Big B and the sweetest horses. Jess and the team were great hosts as well. Good camp sites, restrooms and water sources.

We went in mid June and it was gorgeous! Still got pretty cold at night as you are practically in the desert so bring a good quilt or blankets. The hike to the hot springs is amazing with some cool views. I would say its a pretty easy hike for experienced hikers but medium to hard for beginners. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and extra bags - I saw trash along the hike and down at the hot springs which is so sad to see and ruins it for others - Overall, it was a beautiful spot and much cleaner than other hot springs I've been to. Leave it better!! Leave No Trace!!
