Hello! We have a charming custom-built mini western town featuring two fully insulated and furnished cabins.
One cabin has two sets of bunk beds, while the other has a full-size bed. Both cabins are fully furnished, except for blankets and pillows.
We also have a bathhouse with a full restroom and shower facilities. In addition, there is a rustic main cabin used primarily for cooking, gatherings, and spending time together on the property.
This is a truly unique place. Geologists have discovered a perfectly preserved fault line on the property, along with a small cave where guests can admire the natural rock formations. You can explore the structures by walking around the property or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the views, abundant birdlife, and peaceful surroundings.
My father built this place and lived here for nearly 20 years. Welcome to Mannyville.
Each structure has been built in its own unique way, and my father loved refurbishing old wood. Many of the buildings feature a blend of recycled materials with a touch of modern style while still maintaining their rustic charm.
You can stay in the cabins or bring your own camping trailer, RV, or tent.
This property is perfect for gatherings. A giant oak tree spreads its branches all the way to the ground, creating a beautiful shaded area for family gatherings and celebrations. We enjoyed many years of memories under that tree.
If you have a horse, you’re welcome to bring it and enjoy horseback riding. If you have bikes, bring them along and explore the area while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Little cabin at the end of the dirt road. Or the RV spot depending on your needs. 4000 elevation surrounded by cedars and oaks. If you want privacy this is the spot. The deer pass through the yard sometimes. Great Place to relax after exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. No campfires are allowed.

We love this camp and the cabins we stayed at.
The thought put into building the cabins in an eco-friendly manner, the cozy lighting, the coffee provisions and their charm made us a repeat visitor. If adults need a summer camp, I would recommend grabbing your group of friends and coming here. We enjoyed the stargazing site, the sunset spot, the naps in the hammocks, the fire pit at sunset and the rec house for group activities. The host were generous and easy to communicate with.
The amount of biodiversity among which we got to stay made it more enchanting. We ran into some deer and foxes enroute to the cabins. The mature oaks, the mistletoes, the oak galls, the hawks, the flannel bush, the manzanitas, the wild flowers, the wild oats and the grazing cows made it a joy to wander around. The land has some interesting rocks if you are into geology. It was easy to give kids a check list and set them on a treasure hunt to occupy them.
Access to nature, a cabin and good coffee was the solution we needed and found it here.

We loved the place, it is under a new management so there were some hiccups but overall it is a great place to stay, just 24 minutes away from Big stump and has pretty lake with canoe availble. enroute you can even see the local birds and animals.

Camp Ikigai is amazing! I booked the birdhouse cabin and have no complaints. The outdoor shower was my favorite especially using it during the night! It has hot water and soap. I think there was a meteor shower because we saw about 20 shooting stars in like an hour. The camp has such an amazing view of the night sky, i havent seen that many stars in so long. In the morning we were able to sit outside and watch the horses. It was very peaceful, I will definitely be visiting again

A wonderful place to leave the city and soak up life on a sanctuary. Matt appreciates those campers who want to share the space kindly and enjoy the outdoors with intention. This space also provides so much to both novice and lifelong campers and is great for animal-loving children too. Don’t just visit to sleep and hike, make sure you spend time in community too!

Our family absolutely loved this area! Great location! The camp was very well maintained and thought out. You can feel the love they have put into this property. The cabins were great and had everything we needed for our family of four.
The kids (4&8) loved seeing the wild quail coveys, the star gazing nets and the sunset swing!
The owners and camp host were very kind with wonderful communication.
Both taking extra time to answer my questions about the land, property, buildings and a neighboring forest fire.
We felt very comfortable and safe!!!

The camp is a perfect spot for people looking for communal outdoor recreation, with many friendly animals and amenities. It’s nearby the national parks and Fresno and you will definitely get to know the camp owners and other visitors. I would absolutely return! Be ready for the heat and bring a swimsuit and treats for the animals.

2 nights at Sequoia Highland Camp
We stayed here for our mini-moon and overall had a memorable and peaceful experience! The campground has a charming, rustic vibe and is tucked away in nature. It is the perfect for a quiet getaway. Wildlife is definitely active here! A bat managed to find its way into our cabin! Fortunately, the staff was very accommodating and were able to move us to a different cabin that was bat-free.
Sunset Point is absolutely gorgeous, and the swing overlooking the view was chef’s kiss. The cabins are cozy, but just a heads-up: there’s no air conditioning. Even with all the windows open, it got pretty warm inside. Thankfully, there was a fan in the cabin, and we brought an extra one from home which helped a lot.
One suggestion for future stays, I wish the cabin patios had lounge chairs. It would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings more comfortably. I’ll definitely be packing a couple of my own next time!

This secluded Hip Camp spot was amazing! They had a lot of things to offer like the sunset spot, star gazing, and a pond. The host was very responsive and helpful for had to revise my revelations a couple of times. Would recommend this place for its uniqueness.

Gorgeous in the springtime! We came to get away for a night, and it was just what we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, the Cozy, visiting with the horses, and a walk around the property’s hill the next day. Loved the wildflowers in the spring!
