We are stewards of this land, graciously grateful to grow food such as corn, broomcorn, pumpkins, flowers, and watermelons under the sun.
This land is located less than 20 mins to multiple different Yuba River access points. We are also located in the Armpit of Nevada county with 3 access ways 15 mins each way to Grass Valley, Nevada City or Penn Valley.
The neighborhood of this area is also one of the more safer bike friendlier places, you can ride into town along the NID trails, or set up camp and head up the 20HWY less than 20 mins to enjoy Epic Mountain Biking Trails.
Not only are we crafty, but also nature enthusiasts to feel free to reach out and ask about fun things to do here, if you are looking to stay busy exploring the nature. We also have a beautiful sunset hike that overlooks some beautiful views.
Oracle Oak Grove has a wide variety of camping options.
We have a camp grounds on the lower end of the property that currently hosts 4 different camp sites. the 3 May Pole zone, and 1 Faerie fields.
There is one shared Bonfire zone that can be used for friends camping together during the spring and late fall months when we are not in fire season.
We love hosting groups and birthday parties. Also individual campers as well.
We have two yurts available if you are more into the Glamping experience or especially if camping in the winter.
The Witches Hut and The Little Witch Hut!
The Witches Hut which is larger and can fit a family of 3 or 4.
This hut includes a patio, grill, and Private entrance.
The Little Witch Hut is smaller and more suitable for a couple or a single person wanting some solo retreat time. This one has cooking amenities accessible in an outdoor kitchen just outside the yurt. This one also gets better access to the Starlink available on the property. This yurt has the compost toilet outside and is a less than minute walk to it.
Both yurts have the ability to park fairly close to them and both are fully furnished. The Yurts are available for a higher expense than the camping of course.
We are sorry to say that Hot tub season is now closed.
We do have a wood-fired Cedar Hot tub, she is our Cauldron she is only available during winter and very early spring visits. I am sorry, but due to fire season and her being wood-fired she is not available outside hot tub season.
If you are interested in the experience it requires advanced noticed as well as an extra charge for wood, cleaning, and tending. She is a labor of love, and such a unique experience. Enjoy the smell of cedar, chlorine free waters under the stars.

PLEASE come check in before DARK. We are in a very Rural Area and it can be difficult to see a night where to park and camp. We have pathways and lights to guide, but there is a DESIGNATED parking zone and a cart available to carry your stuff to your CAMPSITE. This is not a CAR Camping spot there is ONE car camping site and the rest you is a very short walk to your site. Thank you.

Located at the base of the Sierra foothills, the lake and recreation area offers opportunities for hiking, biking, running, camping, picnicking, horseback riding, water-skiing and boating. Fishing offers trout, catfish, big and small mouth bass or perch. Visitors can also see the Folsom Powerhouse (once called "the greatest operative electrical plant on the American continent"), which from 1885 to 1952 produced 11,000 volts of electricity for Sacramento residents.
For cyclists, there is a 32-mile long bicycle path at Beals Point that connects Folsom Lake with many Sacramento County parks before reaching Old Sacramento. The park also includes Lake Natoma, downstream from Folsom Lake, which is popular for crew races, sailing, kayaking and other aquatic sports.
At both locations, you will stay in 16ft deluxe tents. Each tent has 2 full beds in them.
At Beals Point we offer "Luxury" Glamping with real furniture, cozy bedding, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun filled stay for up to 8 people (AT BEALS POINT ONLY!).
At both Beals Point and Peninsula, we also offer "Basic" Glamping, where we bring the tent and mattresses, and you bring the rest. This means that you need to bring your own sheets, pillows, sleeping bags, blankets and other camping essentials. THE AREA
RiverSea East is located on the San Juan Ridge, an area near Nevada City and Grass Valley that extends about 24 miles between the south and middle forks of the Yuba River.
A small Nevada County community far removed from town, modern day North San Juan is part hippie, part isolationist, part new age and part conservative.It's only a 20 minute drive from downtown Nevada City, but since you have to drive up and down the heavily forested, windy river-canyon road, it feels rather remote. When you get there, it consists of less than ten businesses scattered around the mountains, a bushel of dreadlocked hippies, a bunch of pot farms, a vineyard, and LOTS of empty, undeveloped wood, making North San Juan a really beautiful place, surrounded, as it is, by forested mountains and rivers.
North San Juan is a great place to explore. There's all kinds of hidden spots, neat places to go, river access with good swimming holes and little stores and cafes. This area is spotted with little organic farms, beautiful little houses and the occasional run-down looking trailer.Farm, house OR trailer, because North San Juan and the Ridge are so sparsely populated, every residence seems to have acres of property that the people are free to plant, enjoy or neglect at will.

PETS: Your well-behaved dog is welcome with advanced permission and agreement to our pet policy for an additional $10.00 per night. As this is a wilderness area with abundant wildlife, do not let your dog wander outside at night unattended. NEVER leave your dog unattended at the yurt or let them roam unleashed in the woods. Neighbors will report dogs who bark incessantly.

Weekend Trip to The Yuba Yurt
The Yuba Yurt was everything we wanted! The Yurt itself was great! It was very cozy and inviting, we were able to make ourselves right at home. We did encounter a frog or 2 but they were more than happy to be relocated. We were able to cook ourselves breakfast and dinner with ease thanks to the well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. While the grill is small and a bit flimsy it definitely does the job! My wife got to enjoy a soak in the outdoor tub and enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with the location. If you follow the directions as provided you shouldn’t have any issue finding the Yurt. 10/10 will be back!

My husband and I just stayed at the yurt for the second time in 7 years. The last time was in the first year of dating, and our first time away together. The yurt was just as magical the second time around, as a married couple. It has everything you need, is private, pet friendly and really close to the Yuba River and incredible swimming. Even though the temperature reached the high 90’s, it stayed fairly cool as it is shaded by trees and has fans to keep the air moving. The outdoor tub was a great feature. We will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed tent camping at tailwinds ranch. We loved the privacy and relaxation that the site provided. For those in our group that preferred cabin camping, the tiny home was super convenient. It was very clean and fully stocked with the basics as well as water and electricity. The owner is super responsive and helpful. This campsite is perfect for a larger group or multiple families. The place felt cozy and peaceful. 10/10 recommend!

All around great experience. Everything was provided as listed. There was a bbq pit, fire pit, table, cabana and a spacious tenet. The walk to the lake is near, but you can also use your parking pass to park near the lake.

We are speechless! This property was above and beyond what we expected. You have private access to acres and acres of land, including a private stream and private section of the yuba River. It was absolutely peaceful and divine. We ate delicious fruit and veggies from the garden. We are already talking about coming back again!

Tailwinds had everything you needed with a super easy contactless check-in. The house was in a good shady spot with ample room for the dogs. The host left the AC on which was a super nice touch. We did turn it off as the temperature was very comfortable for us.

Wonderful, private and peaceful site! The bunkhouse is surround by trees and other greenery. Different birds flying by and chirping in the distance. My dogs also had a lot of fun in the sun.
The bunkhouse was clean and comfortable and the site was prepared for our arrival. There were lights outside and even inside the outhouse. The outhouse was clean as well. It was amazing to have running water and a sink to wash with. There were kitchen supplies, books, games, small fan and heater, and fire starters. Great amenities for a comfortable stay.
For the summer season, there is also a magnetic screen door for both the bunkhouse and outhouse door. Noticed bug repellents around the site and some bug zappers provided in the bunkhouse. Maybe it was early in the season but I think the bugs were really minimal. Had no issues considering mosquitos usually devour me.
I would definitely recommend checking this site out.

4 nights at The Yuba Yurt
We have been to the Yuba Yurt twice now and have had an excellent experience both times! The yurt feels super secluded and the bathtub outside gets hotter water than at my own house. The nature around the yurt is absolutely gorgeous, especially with all of the manzanita. The full kitchen is super convenient for if you don't leave the yurt but still want home cooked food. We first went for new years of 2022 right after a snowstorm. The fireplace in the yurt kept us warm enough we didn't even notice the few inches of snow outside. Our most recent trip earlier this January had beautiful weather and it was great to be able to explore the nearby hiking trails. Both Nevada city and grass valley both have excellent food as well. Tuscany gardens and brewhause both were great restaurants and treated my partner and I great for her birthday. All in all we've loved coming to the yurt both times and definitely plan to return again.

We loved the yurt and the wood burning stove. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of instructions so you can feel fully self-sufficienct as you're definitely out there. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and our dog enjoyed the space, too.
