This is an outdoor private YOME near our pool. Access to pool, BBQ (bring utensils you would bring camping, plates, napkins, towels, etc. There is a small sink to wash dishes (pleases only liquid down the drain) but we do not supply dishes, so paper/disposable stuff required if you plan on cooking)
The pool, hot tub and outside bathroom is shared with our small family and anyone staying in the Poolside Lounge during the day if people are swimming, so you may meet some new people while staying at our place. The outdoor bathroom will be shared when other guests are at the pool swimming or hanging out and need to use the toilet, but most likely during the evening hours, it will be all yours, we always try to give a heads up if there will be anyone using the bathroom in the evening.
The pool is shared, we live on the property across an easement and we have other rentals on the property. There is total privacy at the YOME. Everyone who comes to stay is friendly and chill, no drama here and not a party place, just good vibes :) We have a small farm on our property with chickens and loads of rare tropical fruits and veggies and we love to give tours and share with our guests.
There are lot's of wineries in Ramona, about 30 minutes east in the mountains, as well as Julian to explore. Our glamp is great for a weekend destination or just for a rest on your way to another adventure. Although we love pets (we have a few dogs on the property), we cannot accept guests with pets at this time.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property has a beautiful pond, and we absolutely loved taking the kayaks out. The ducks were adorable. The area was quiet and perfect for unwinding. Our host Julian was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish.

What a magical little gem of a place to find in the middle of the desert. Had a beautiful night listening to the thousands of birds. Watching the sunset and sunrise was incredible. Smelling the fruit trees blew my mind. My dog and I did get to see the peacock watching over us through the night and were delighted that six great egrets nested in the tree right above where we were sleeping. My Merlin Bird app went absolutely nuts in this place!!
A porta-potty was delivered just as I was setting up and it was so clean, and very much appreciated.
If I had known how special this place was I probably would have carved out a little more time to stay longer.

I loved Greg’s property. I saw such a gorgeous sunset and sunrise on spot 4. 2 places for building a fire, several flat spots for tents, and incredible views. Outhouse was well equipped and quirky. Greg gave me my space but was available for all of my needs. I was able to navigate slick and muddy road after atmospheric river in my 2024 crosstrek wilderness edition. It was fun!

A variety of fun and eclectic sites and awesome bar (21 +) with billiards, potluck food goodies, and a dj for NYE! Didnt get check out the pool due to rain and travel plans but would definitely consider it again for the price point! And many thanks for a simple checkin with updates, etc. :)

It was a lovely place to stay for the night! Very close to the city and any amenities you need. Elizabeth was very communicative and had no problem with my showing up at 8 pm in the dark. I actually took a wrong turn and someone helped me find the actual parking spot for the nice which was super appreciated. You are very close to the house, like just on a driveway down a slight hill from the main residence but it still felt nice and private. Would definitely car camp here again especially for the price
