Our camp area is right next to our home. We live on 2 acres which is apart of our families 500 acre ranch and home to a summer camp and retreats. There are nice hiking trails we can direct you to as long as the National Forest isn't closed. We have a few picnic tables, outdoor electrical, a grill, fresh spring water, water hook up and beautiful scenery all around. We do own a few ca.  Our space isn’t huge but we are happy to share. We live in a remote area and its beautiful and quiet.  There is a local town 6 miles down the road that has several places to eat and one small place to get some grocery. This property that we live on has been lived on now by 4 generations. My grandpa bought this land with his brother in 1940s. His brother eventually sold his portion leaving my grandpa with a little over 500 acres...We also run retreats off and on year round on the main property and offer a wide variety of things for our clients. Due to COVID, and the strange year had, we thought that this would help us gain a little of our money lost as well as meet some really cool travelers along the way. We call this God's country because it is a unique and beautiful peace of land, even in the driest of moments. And...there is beautiful manzanita trees all over property. We personally live 1/2 mile from the main part of the property Jameson Ranch, where the summer camp is held. I love to garden and are in the process of expanding our portion of the property to putting in fruit orchards and berry bushes. Our whole property also borders the Sequoia National Forest and there are some fun walking trails around there. Its very peaceful here and a reconnect with nature so to speak if that is what you are looking for. We hope to share this little bit of our heaven with you. We opened up our private mountain property during COVID 2020 so people could safely get into nature and enjoy the fresh air, peace and quiet, and wildlife.  We live on an 11-acre ranch in the beautiful and quiet community.  This is not a property for loud or raucous parties.  Only registered guests are allowed.  Pets on leashes are welcome upon prior approval only.  Absolutely no fires allowed May-December due to extreme fire danger.  No running water and no WiFi.   Learn more about this land:Enjoy a luxurious outdoor camping experience in a 16'x20' White Duck canvas tent on a large deck. There is a separate, private bathroom/shower building. Relax and sleep like a baby in a hand-hewn log king-sized bed and queen sized sofa sleeper and opulent linens. The Glamp tent and deck include a private deck, propane BBQ grill, sink with running well water, a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, and TV with DVD's (no WiFi). July and August are hot in the tent between 2pm-6pm. The evenings are cooling down. We have two fans and an evaporative cooler and an electric heater. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES MAY-DECEMBER DUE TO EXTREME FIRE DANGER. This is a "Leave No Trace" space and a "Shoeless Tent." Leashed pets are allowed with prior approval by hosts. For your convenience, we have a crate and dog bed available. A 7-person bullfrog spa is available upon request and availability. An outdoor solar shower (may be cold depending on weather and time of day) is available to rinse off prior to using the Spa. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. We will be there to greet you and describe our property and amenities. We are available to answer your questions or assist you as needed.

We live on this 6 acres of beautiful land with a large variety of trees and plants. It also features a small beach and a Pickleball court free to use. Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills on route to Sequoia National Park makes our location very convenient. This is agricultural land which mainly grow citrus, nuts and other tree crops. Citrus groves have windmachines for frost protection and if the nighttime temperature dips below 36 degrees, they start up automatically. This can be noisy depending on how severe the frost threat is to the crops. We are 5 minutes from great restaurants and 45 minutes from Sequioa National Park.

Super clean and comfortable set up. Location was great- located next to some nice eateries and breweries/ cafe. Not far from the sequoia national park which is just incredible! Wonderful shower and bathroom facility with clean towels. Sonja was a super nice and friendly host- she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She makes pickled veggies and jams that you can buy. We had a great time!!

The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great after a day of hiking. There were restaurants and coffee shops a short drive away; plus it was very close to the sequoia entrance. Would highly recommend!

The tent accommodations provided by Sonja were wonderful. I felt so welcome and at home right away. This is a more rural area, so expect to hear the neighbors animals (dogs and rooster) during your stay. I woke up to a flock of wild turkeys surveying the land, as well as a deer! I would gladly stay here again :)

If you're new into camping or even an expert this place is your place, the amenities are perfect, we slept so good in the tent and Sonja is very kind and helpful with everything, she truly thinks about every detail, the views are beautiful and they also have a trampoline (my favorite part, super fun for lay down at night and watch the starts) PLUS, just 5 min away you can find a coffee shop and they have 2 cats and sometimes one of them come to say hi, so if you love animals this is your place

We enjoyed camping on Sonja’s land. She was very welcoming as soon as we pulled in. We expected nothing but grass to set our tent on but Sonja already had a tent, sleeping bags and pads set up. We still set our own tent up, which she was very okay with. We had access to a grill, plus a box of goodies. The bathroom was very clean. There were a couple of sweet ducks on the property and some friendly cats. There was a dog in the neighboring backyard that would bark occasionally through the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. Although we only slept there for a night, we enjoyed our stay overall!

A haven tucked beneath the sky, Where stillness sings and beauty lies. I recently booked this beautiful property for me and my pup Ivy to stay at for a few days, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The space was absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and full of charm. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! Ivy and I enjoyed our morning walks around the pond where she was able to observe the ducks, and I was able to enjoy my coffee. We made sure to stop and smell all the beautiful flowers throughout the property. Sequoia national park is only a short drive away; it was truly so nice being so close yet away from all the burdens of a crowd. But what truly made the experience special was the host. Marlene was so incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone so gracious and attentive. I’m deeply grateful for the care and hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. So thank you, truly, for the stay. We’ll hold the memories we made beyond today! Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is far more beautiful in person. RV spots are nestled far away from the main house. Our dogs loved being able to be out and about. The hosts were incredibly helpful and we really could not have had a better time!
