We have NO size or slide out restrictions, our spots were built with your comfort in mind. All spots come standard with 50A/30A/110 electric hookup, city water, Bbq/park grill, stone fire pit and sewage hookup at every campsite. Wi-Fi is also included for all campers. At this time we do not have bathrooms available to tent camping or any primitive style camping. The BEAR'S DEN cabin is a 1 room 1 bathroom cabin. No glamping cabin would be complete without a wave activated hand dryer a 43" Wi-Fi connected smart TV and the latest plug ins with USB ports included so you can forget that charging box at home. If you’re not sure about making it back up, there is an area to park by the driveway :)

Peaceful spot in side of a large yard. Access to the City of Goshen Parks, trails, bike trails and playgrounds is within a half a mile. There is electric at the campsite. There is access to water, but not at the campsite. It is very quiet and peaceful on a paved road. There is a public restroom at the Goshen Community Building about 1/4 a miles from the farm. The farm also borders Mill Branch Park which is about a hundred acres of City Park. Ferguson Farms is with in a hours drive of many local attractions. Fayetteville is a social hub with The Walton Arts Center, The University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, The Fayetteville Square and numerous local flavor restaurants. There are over 400 miles of local bike trails. Bentonville hosts the Bentonville Bike Festival and has OZ Trails which features a bike ski lift to the top of the trails. Bentonville is the home to Walmart, The Walton 5 and 10 museum, Crystal Bridges, and many more attractions. We are 35 miles from historical Eureka Springs with the haunted Crescent Hotel, the Thorncrown Chapel and Christ of the Ozarks.

We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

This land is a six acre slice of property that includes a meadow, wooded areas, a small pine forest, native stones galore, a steep mountain side, giant boulders, a wet weather stream and pond, and 2 old tin barns. From West to East, the property starts flat but then begins to slope upward as it runs from the base of Fitzgerald Mountain Eastward nearly to the top of the mountain. The former homestead was removed within the past 20 years, creating a fantastic spot for the campground. It is located a short distance from Fitzgerald Station, which was a well known stop on Military road (later known as Butterfield stage line) in the 1830’s. The camp is only 2 miles from historic downtown Springdale, which is an area undergoing exciting revitalization. A concrete trail is planned that will connect the camp area to downtown making biking to restaurants and pubs much easier in the near future. The Razorback Greenway runs through downtown, and provides a biking connection to all of Northwest Arknsas.Learn more about this land:Fitzgerald Mountain Van and RV Camp offers 2 RV spots (26' max) with ride in / ride out access to Fitzgerald Mountain's world class trails.  The mountain is home to OZ trails mountain biking and hiking for all levels. (look up OZ trails  - Fitzgerald Mountain)The 2 van camper/RV spots sit at the base of a shade tree and the entry to the “Goat Trail.”  This trail (named for the adjacent goat farm) will lead campers to the campfire area, "Fitzmo Barn", and Butterfield trail.  Fitzmo barn has a map where you can leave your mark by putting a pin in your hometown and signing the wall.  Leave your brand's sticker on the wall so other bikers and hikers can find their way to your hometown spots. The barn has chairs for the fire pit area, and can also provide some shelter if it rains.Butterfield trail crosses the camp area adjacent to Fitzmo Barn.   Head North on Butterfield to connect with blue and black trails including the “best trail ever” and fantastic views from the mountain top.  Head South to connect with trails for all skill levels including a strider course for the kids at Bayyari Park.  Bayyari Park is only 1/3 mile away and has public restrooms that I'm told "remain open until 10:00 PM year round unless there is extreme cold."The only neighbors of the camp have a small farm to the North, and their goats and peacock occasionally visit the camp’s Western field.  Other than these neighbors, the area feels secluded, especially at the fire pit and barn area. Fitzgerald is a historical area.  Fitzgerald station is nearby, and served as a stop on the Butterfield overland stagecoach mail route that was used in the 1800s. Downtown Springdale is 2 miles away, and the pubs and restaurants cater to bikers.  A paved trail is planned for the near future that will provide bike access to downtown.*Note* Backing up to a turn around area will be required for exit from the RV spots.

Sitting in the middle of an 850 acre nature preserve, you will have plenty of privacy to enjoy a getaway in the woods without being disturbed by other campers. This site is relatively flat and easy to access on the edge of a field along the tree line of the forest. You may notice old stone chimneys standing throughout the woods where cabins once stood, back when Lake Frances was a resort area in the 1920s. On this camp site, we have a Micro Cabin that is wired for a generator (not provided) that sleeps 2, or bring your own tent and enjoy the view of the stars. We have several private campsites sprinkled throughout the forest reserve for you to stay at as you enjoy the Illinois River, hike, or bike the trails. The mountain bike trails run very close to this site and the White Water Park is about 2 miles down the gravel road. The trailhead for the paved bike trail is around the corner from this campsite and goes all the way down to WOKA. There is an off road bike trail located right next to the field by this campsite along with several other trails. There are many more miles of additional mountain bike trails in town and on the north side of Siloam. WOKA has 8 low-hazard whitewater features, seasonal rentals of kayaks, rafts, paddle boards and actual surf boards, and concessions, with shaded viewing. Changing facilities and restrooms are on-site at WOKA. The Siloam Springs Kayak Park is located up river on Fisher Ford Rd, and has access for swimming and tubing. If you enjoy riding dirt bikes or quads, there is the family friendly Off-road race track, Gas MX, directly across the highway from Woka. We also have dirt track racing at Arrowhead Speedway nearby in West Siloam Springs, West of the Casino.

Weekend Trip to Red Valley RV Park

Hosts were accomodating and very quick with communication. Camping spot was pretty level and hookups were obvious and logically placed (for example, sewer hookup was near where most rv sewers tend to be…no Tetris skills, stretching of sewer hose, or praying needed😅) I chose it for price and distance to freeway. Price can’t be beat in that area for rvs. A smidge awkward getting there, lots more turns than I expected… but really not an issue overall. For an overnight it was perfect.

Neat place to park for a quick bike ride and overnight stay. The goats are fun and there are mountain bike trails easily accessible. The farm dogs are a little scary when you first arrive as they were barking aggressively so close to me I could feel their hot breath on my legs when I first arrived. They calmed down a few minutes after arrival and I think they are probably harmless. Overall good spot and I would stay there again if I needed a quick overnight spot.

Lovvvved this little get away. We took our rambunctious pups here and they had so much fun (they were sad to leave and made some friends while there were there!). The donkeys were so so sweet and the views were wonderful. Jill and her husband were so sweet to us and we had a great time! 10/10 would recommend!

Private. Peaceful. Perfect. The donkeys are very curious and seriously beg for you to pet them. The sound of the river was very soothing! We stopped by the pottery place at the beginning of the dirt road. What a gem! So much to explore! Not enough time.

This place was 10/10, absolutely awesome. Hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, communal hang out space, showers, coffee, snacks, bike wash! It had everything we needed and could possibly want. Jeremy was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable to make ourselves at home. I had to do some remote work, and having the lounge with a tv was so very welcoming while it rained for two days straight. We will be back!

I absolutely love that this place is right next to trails! Overall beautiful. Definitely a self contained campervan spot. This trip I only had my car, and it worked for my needs for the night. Next time I'd bring my mountain bike and my van. One thing to note is that you will definitely want some leveling blocks for this spot. The flat parking spot is still a bit on a slope from the hill driving up to the spot. Not deal breaking, but something to be aware of.

This is the best place we have taken our camper to date. The site is so well put together with a level pad that leveling blocks were not required. The Hosts are very down to earth people that we could talk with for hours. We will def be keeping this one as a favorite for the future!

This was our very first Hipcamp experience, and it truly set a high standard for all future stays. The views are absolutely stunning, and if you're seeking a deep immersion in nature, this is the perfect place. Nestled in the heart of the woods, the property offers a serene escape ideal for forest bathing, quiet reflection, and soul-soothing solitude. Little Mulberry Creek winds gracefully along the edge of the land, revealing beautiful swimming holes that invite you to relax and explore. As a delightful bonus, friendly donkeys roam the nearby pasture—and they’re just as affectionate as they are adorable! We stayed at the RV campsite with our camper, and the setup was a breeze thanks to the perfectly level ground—by far the easiest we've experienced. A heartfelt thank you to Jill and Rex for sharing a slice of paradise with us. We’re already looking forward to our return!💜

I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful this place is. It's almost magical. The perfect get away just to recharge. From the grounds, to the water, to the lightening bugs..and donkeys this has to be my favorite. I forsee us spending a ton of time here. If you are looking for perfection...this is it.
