We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).
There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. There is a two-burner propane cooktop and mini fridge. Bowls, plates, cups and silverware for two guests. Basic food prep items are also available. We have 40 acres of woods, tiny waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. Peaceful spot in side of a large yard. Access to the City of Goshen Parks, trails, bike trails and playgrounds is within a half a mile. There is electric at the campsite. There is access to water, but not at the campsite. It is very quiet and peaceful on a paved road.
There is a public restroom at the Goshen Community Building about 1/4 a miles from the farm. The farm also borders Mill Branch Park which is about a hundred acres of City Park.
Ferguson Farms is with in a hours drive of many local attractions. Fayetteville is a social hub with The Walton Arts Center, The University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, The Fayetteville Square and numerous local flavor restaurants. There are over 400 miles of local bike trails. Bentonville hosts the Bentonville Bike Festival and has OZ Trails which features a bike ski lift to the top of the trails. Bentonville is the home to Walmart, The Walton 5 and 10 museum, Crystal Bridges, and many more attractions. We are 35 miles from historical Eureka Springs with the haunted Crescent Hotel, the Thorncrown Chapel and Christ of the Ozarks.

The house utilizes a composting toilet and greywater systems, emphasizing sustainability. We designed this as a place to unplug, so don't have WiFi, a microwave or a TV.
The water is set to HOT, and we have it set there because the hot water heater is a travel trailer size, so it only puts out a small amount of hot water. Please don't burn your hands washing them!
Also feel free to turn it down if you need to, it is right under the kitchen sink.
We recommend expecting a quick shower or turning the water off and on to soak your hair if you need to wash it and then lathering up.
If the house is smelling bad in the bathroom, that is not normal and we will come and fix it.

Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri.
In the fall, hay rides are available, and bonfires. It is a lovely get away on a working ranch.
The space
We have 5 beautiful and comfortable log cabins nestled on over 700 acres of secluded private property in the Ozark mountains. The cabins are within walking distance from one another if you are interested in renting multiple cabins for a family reunion or such, but not visible from each other to allow for privacy from other guests. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind in the trees and the occasional critter come to spy on our guests!
With identical floor plans, each cabin sleeps 4-6 and has a carpeted upstairs loft area with bathroom, closet, a queen bed and two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a single sink, toilet, shelves, mirror, and shower.
The open downstairs living area features wood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and dishes, and a sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa (either full or queen) or twin bed in the back room. Each cabin also has both a front and back porch with charcoal grill and furniture for enjoying the outdoors. Please bring your own drinking water as the well water has sulphur in it.
Each cabin is equipped with a propane heater and wood stove, and we're happy to get the fire started for you if you need a bit of help. During the summer, the cabins stay cool in the shade of the woods with a window AC unit and ceiling fans.
We do not have WIFI. We do have televisions and DVD players available for watching movies. Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri.

Mulberry Hill glamping tent was incredible! Wonderful view of the creek from the camp site, and easily accessible down to the creek bank. We got to see river otters and squirrels both mornings we were there. The air mattress in the tent is comfortable, and the tent provides a ton of space. The A/C unit works exceptionally well, and, to our surprise, there was even a small coffee machine. The campsite is equipped with an outhouse, but we were also able to schedule shower times up at the local small church house. Great for couples and families alike! 10/10!

Excellent stay for a camping without the tent experience! Please be aware that Mizzys camp spot is very much in the wild, there are lots of ticks, insects, wild animals etc. You can grab wood at her place for $5 bucks or bring your own. The RV has great air conditioning, a bathroom, and enough space to sleep 3, but the 3rd sleeping arrangement is best for kids or shorter adults.
Very difficult to find in the dark so I would strongly recommend arriving at first in the daylight so you can get your bearings.

We had no problems getting to the site and we're pleased when we did. It's absolutely beautiful! My adult son and I rented the hippy van for 3 nights. We loved the details and vibe of the whole place! We saw deer and rabbits and had a campfire every night. Our favorite was the Tea Party area! Also, Mizzy is amazing! She's tentative and thoughtful and has the absolute best personality and story! Highly recommend staying here for a chill getaway.

Weekend Trip to Buffalo River Glamping
We loved glamping on Katherine's property for a Buffalo River float trip. The website photos are accurate, and everything was in great shape and very clean. It is a pristine natural getaway, and very quiet except when the birds and owls were chatting. There was plenty of wood for campfires in the evening. Katherine and her husband Tom were very pleasant and helpful, and obviously enjoy helping others enjoy the beauty of the area. Highly recommend, and hope to go back!

From start to finish, this was an absolutely wonderful and enchanting experience that I will never forget. Mizzy is an exceptionally gracious host, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the magical space she has created. The property itself is truly one of a kind, a healing, off-the-beaten-path gem that is well worth every mile of the drive to get there. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to stay and soak it all in for a couple more nights, as I had to move on to continue my road trip, but I left with a full heart and am already planning my return. This place has earned a permanent spot at the top of my list for my next cross-country adventure. If you are even remotely considering it, just book it. 10/10, I cannot recommend this highly enough!

My three young kids, our dog and I spent a few nights in the ‘66 van and it was an absolute dream!
Two built in beds with comfortable mattresses and enough space for us to sit and play games in between. I fit great with my 6 and 3yo while my oldest got his own side of the van. Every night we got great sleep! There was even a small fan and lights provided.
The van itself is so beautifully designed you can tell so much love was put into it and that radiates through the rest of the property as well. We very much appreciated the clean bathrooms with flushing toilets, the hammocks spread throughout ( our favorites being by the pond and creek), and the well maintained trail adorned with artwork of all sorts made for an easy and whimsical hike just perfect for the kids and still an adventure for me.
Mizzy was so wonderful, considerate and a pleasure to get to know! We added on fairy crown crafting and a tea party and had so much fun learning the local edible and ornamental plants and flowers. She had endless patience for the kids and they’d like to return some day just to spend more time with her- I couldn’t agree more!
I left this trip feeling totally restored and a little magical myself , which was exactly the goal.

We had such a wonderful stay at this secluded cabin in Jasper, Arkansas. The privacy and the hot tub were absolutely the highlights — exactly what we were hoping for. I have an overreactive dog, so I was a little nervous at first when we noticed a couple of free‑range dogs around the property. They checked us out briefly and then went on their way. A Husky stopped by twice a day just to say hello before wandering back home.
There’s also a lovely little creek on the property, perfect for sitting beside and listening to the water. Both of my dogs adored it — they were in heaven the entire trip.
Kara, the owner, was incredibly helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Her kindness made the stay even better. We will definitely be back!
