Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lodge-style home, located just 10 minutes from downtown Harrison. The home features one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. Guests can refresh in two bathrooms, each with a shower, while one also includes a bathtub. After a day of exploring, relax in the spacious living area or enjoy one of the four smart TVs. Outside, take in the beautiful greenery, watch the birds at sunrise and sunset, and gather around the fire pit as fireflies light up the evening. With heating and air conditioning, comfort is always within reach. We hope you enjoy everything our home and Harrison have to offer. The private primary suite includes its own bathroom, a sitting room, and a balcony overlooking peaceful country sunsets. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a large living and dining area. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway, including one covered parking space. This is the larger townhouse within a multi-home country property. Each residence has a separate entrance and completely private living space. Enjoy the large deck, hot tub, BBQ patio, fire pit, and peaceful garden with a pergola and stone bench seating. The primary bedroom features a Beautyrest queen mattress, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. A large sofa and an inflatable air mattress are also available to accommodate additional guests within the maximum occupancy. There are two staircases in the home. One staircase leads to the second and third bedrooms, while the other leads to the private primary suite and its en-suite bathroom. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

The nearest Dollar General is a 5-minute drive and major shops and restaurants are 10-minutes away in Harrison. Other Details Wheelchair friendly and no steps to front or side entrances. There is a small ramp for the front door entrance near it to place in front of the threshold there. Enjoy quiet evenings by the fire pit, relax on two private decks, and take advantage of secure covered parking. High-quality vinyl flooring spans the bedrooms and lounge. Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your private, fully fenced rustic backyard. Grill on the covered patio deck, or gather around the backyard fire pit. Free firewood is provided from our greenhouse while stocks last! The guesthouse is nestled in a beautiful, quiet rural landscape in Northwest Arkansas. Daily Conveniences: A Dollar General store sits just a 3-minute drive away for quick supplies. Major shopping hubs, grocery stores, and restaurants are located 10 minutes away in downtown Harrison. Outdoor Adventure: Positioned perfectly between the Buffalo National River and Bull Shoals Lake at Diamond City. Regional Day Trips: Located 7 miles northeast of Harrison and just 40 miles southeast of the entertainment hubs in Branson, Missouri. Includes fire pit, and bbq covered patio deck with small table and 2 chairs. Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire guesthouse, its two private decks, the fenced backyard, and the long driveway with one covered carport space. For your security and convenience, a private digital entry code will be sent straight to your inbox on the morning of your arrival. We have newly installed split aircons throughout the house to keep it cool or warm inside. Quiet hrs. - 11pm to 8am. Free wood is available until stocks last. Located in our greenhouse nearest to the pergola. Once supply ends guest would need to purchase their own wood. 2x Gas stations in the local town just over a mile away sell wood. As a multi-unit-home, other guests (when booked) occupy the main house attached to the guesthouse and both properties have separate entrances and have their own driveways with a shared carport. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom(s), dining area, and bedrooms. The Guesthouse bathroom is located off of the kitchen/ dining room area which is down 4-steps. Tiling in the bathroom are anti-slip tiles. Bedrooms and lounge have vinyl flooring.
